Beautiful location on the lake, probably the best in Cannero. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice, We ate in the restaurant twice during our stay. As non fish eaters we found the menu limiting for us however the food was of a very high quality and the desserts superb. Staff in dining room and bar very helpful and polite despite our lack of the Italian language. The place was spotlessly clean as was the whole resort. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area. The whole resort is stunning.

This is a stunning hotel. Slightly understated in it's delivery of perfection. Superb location, right on the lake, with it's own little boat giving mini cruises. Our room was superb with its own spacious balcony, wonderful big bed, and a great bathroom. The pool area was beautiful. Parking was accessible and easy. The food was tasty and authentic. Staff were always helpful and polite. We LOVED it here, and will certainly be returning.

We booked the Park Hotel Italia for our honeymoon and were overwhelmed upon arrival by the sight of the hotel grounds and the room with the most beautiful view of the lake and mountains (we received a room with a large balcony spanning the east and south sides of the hotel). The breakfast left nothing to be desired and greatly impressed us (it was the best breakfast selection of any hotel we have stayed in so far). At the hotel's private dock you could book boat tours on the lake and stroll along the promenade and through the enchanting alleys of the town. The hotel ambiance and room amenities are stunningly beautiful and the staff is exceptionally friendly. Everything was wonderful and we are already looking forward to our next stay there. The staff are so kind and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant food is great. The car parking is spacious though it was almost full most of the time but there had always been space.

The Wi-Fi is available if you have registered WhatsApp otherwise you will never get Wi-Fi coverage. The bath size is really small and the bathroom layout could be critical for some guests at least in the room which I got. The boat that leaves from the hotel to Isola Bella is fairly costly and there is no commentary along the journey.

A minor point but the pool was a little on the small side and it was difficult to find somewhere to sit by it. But of course there was Lake Maggiore to swim in.

The restaurant staff is excellent. The view is beautiful and the breakfast is fantastic

The wellness area is small and has to be paid 40€ extra per couple in case they want to use it. Just a small sauna, steamroom and jacuzzi, so definitely not worth the extra spend. The dinner menu looks great but the taste is bland and overcooked. The mattresses and cushions are worn through and in need of replacement.

Fantastic location with views across the lake from our room, with a balcony over the lake and second over the pool. Room and hotel were modern, clean, classy but had character. Staff very helpful and friendly. Dinner and wine in restaurant were excellent quality (fine dining) at surprisingly reasonable prices, lots of lovely little touches like extra tasting courses and mini desserts. Loved the sunset boat tour put on by the hotel around the castle ruins in the lake for only €10 per person.

Weather was too cold for us to use the pool but looked great with the jacuzzi beds, would like to come back in season to try them. One challenge was trying to get a taxi into Vabena the reception tried 4 companies could not get one. We ate at a restaurant down the street so all ended well.

This hotel is bright, elegant and very comfortable - it must have recently been renovated to a very high standard. The room had a balcony overlooking the lake but partially shader by beautiful trees. There were many hidden areas on terraces near the pool so it was easy to get privacy and shade.

The hotel was ideally located and impeccably clean. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, and the hotel itself was beautiful.

Some of the staff were not very welcoming, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, during breakfast, the salads and some other items were not very fresh. It was quite obvious that they had been kept for too long.

Wonderful! Location, breakfast, dinner, design and efficient staff. In Wednesdays the boat of the hotel takes the guests to the market in Luino and back. We received an upgrade and the room was with garden and lake view

Only to suggest, a magnifier mirror in the bathroom will be helpful
