The star was super friendly! The room was huge and clean. The location is amazing. There's a little shopping district surrounding the hotel so lots of food options. 3 coffee shops within 10 mins walk. A few boutiques for shopping. We were in town for a concert, but I want to come back just to do a vacation at this hotel/area again!

The location was amazing! There are so many restaurants and things to do in walking distance. The parking for the hotel is free, so you can just walk to wherever you want to go without worrying about paying.

The guy at the front desk was not very friendly. He wasn't rude, per se, but definitely not inviting at all.

It was a very clean and pretty hotel; and, in a good location. The staff was very helpful, courteous and friendly. I called the night before my stay to request the two rooms I booked be close together. When I arrived, the lady I spoke with was working again and she had made sure our rooms were adjoining. Outstanding!

It was difficult to see where to park and enter for registration.

Great location with easy check-in and ample parking. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great drinks from a competent and nice bartender. Breakfast was tasty, and fast. Starbucks coffee a plus!!!

Beds comfy, breakfast food and Starbucks coffee great, very convenient to be able to walk a few steps to downtown Duluth.

It would be nice to have a coffee bar set up for early risers.

The breakfast was not included and the concession in the lobby was costly. The Bistro closed at 9:30 am, a little early for me.

I love walking across the street and have variety places to eat. A playground and water fountain for my Grandson.

Wish the had a tub in the room

The property is beautiful, the staff are the best and give tips and recommendations for dining and stores to visit. The best thing is that we were in walking distance to everything. I love not having to drive after enjoying dinner with drinks and friends. We go to a concert at Eddie Owens Red Clay Theatre every time and that makes for a perfect weekend.

I wish the bar in the lobby area was open.

The location! I felt safe traveling with my two girls. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was so friendly and welcoming.

Very new, very clean - great parking - great location - near a ton of places to shop and eat. Really loved the location and the type of room that I had.

I had a suite - but it wasnt by choice. It was the only room available when i tried to book a room - and it was a bit more expensive. I LOVED the size of the suite, but my company was paying for it, so i hated to have to pay more to be there and bill them for the stay. When i got there, i saw that online there were regular rooms available - which were not available the week before when i called to book. That was a little disappointing.
