King Suite is nice, proper, spacious with a salon lounge area with a good size sofa, desk and big screen television - the bedroom space has a king size bed, big screen television, a small coset and a coffee bar/fridge pantry. The bathroom is well designed, spacious and well attended in cleanliness. It is a nice room.

The coffee machine did not function properly. Footsteps up above can be heard. Room facing the hilly street means traffic can be heard, but it was minimal noise at night.

Breakfast was good and had a variety of options, hot and cold. Coffee and hot water were available all day. The room was large enough to move around comfortably. I signed up for membership and was upgraded to a suite. We had the option of Netflix on the TV which we used. Location is right off the highway but not within hearing.

We like it cooler at night than we were able to have it.

Room was so clean and comfy bed. We came for my birthday and we got a free upgrade and a nice birthday message with some treats left for me, I was not expecting that and it was incredibly nice. We checked out at about 8:45 and the breakfast was still available.....they had cereal, muffins, bagels, fruit, sausage, bacon, omelets, 3 different juices and tea, coffee and hot chocolate, it was great. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff are amazing. They are all kind and extra mile helpful. We loved our stay. The breakfast in the morning is great! There are wonderfully friendly staff who help you out and make all feel like they're VIP's. It was really refreshing to see such amazing customer service and such happy people! Great work to all of you!

Good selection for breakfast and plenty of room to sit. Room was very spacious, clean, well appointed and offered two TVs and a large bathroom. Shower was quite good.

Check in process is very antiquated. Too many steps involved and confusing requirements for debit card vs credit card and how long "holds" would be placed and released. Had to sign several times and wait for staff to figure out all they wanted me to do. By far the worst and slowest process of all 8 accommodations used during our trip.

The breakfasts were very good & staff running the kitchen were attentive. Rooms were tidy and well maintained.

Several school sports tournaments happening at the same time as our stay. Facilities seemed to struggle with keeping up with the mess caused by high school kids.

Clean, clean, clean, big king bed, linens were clean and smelled great. Bathroom very clean. Staff friendly, breakfast was self serve and quite good. No pet policy which we very much appreciate! No dog hairs anywhere!

Didn’t like procedure in order to get wifi.

This hotel was very clean and had comfortable beds. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Its a great choice for a place to stay in Kamloops. Breakfast was included and so was the wifi.

Could have had a bit more selection for the breakfast but overall can't complain it was free.

The front desk staff Ben is welcoming and amazing, he upgraded my room for the whole family, so I can take care of my families easily. That beyond my expectation, I appreciate it. Everything is perfect, will definitely come back.

Outstanding breakfast. Best included breakfast I have had at a hotel anywhere. Lady in charge was a dynamo!!!! Very nice roll in shower is accessible room.

The 3 minute waffle maker. Most places they take 2 minutes. Makes a difference when there is only one waffle maker and people are lined up to make waffles
