We have stayed at this hotel before but the decoration etc. has much improved. The location is perfect for us as we travel by bus when in the city. The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was good.

There was a sign in the lift saying that the room would not routinely be cleaned during our seven-night stay unless we requested otherwise. We requested a room clean on the Thursday (our fourth day) expecting that it would be carried out on the Friday. We were disappointed to find that when we returned to our room on the Friday evening that the room had not been cleaned. By then it was too late to do anything about it especially as the following day was 17 May. On check out I mentioned this to your receptionist and he did apologise.

The location is perfect; the Nidaros cathedral is across the street, the touristic city center is less than 10 min walk by foot, the stops for airport buses are around the corner. The location is quiet and calm, with no rumbling tourists under your windows. The breakfast was fabulous! Delicious food, a lot of options to choose from. There's gluten-free bread and crackers, and lactose-free milk for your coffee and crunchies. And the coffee tastes really good! The stuff is so sweet and professional and kind, they are ready to help or recommend something to you. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you!

I booked a family room all to myself and that was one of the best places I’ve ever been at. It was almost a studio, clean and comfortable, even with a balcony and a very nicely decorated bathroom (I loved its wall and floor tiles!). The kitchenette was well equipped with fridge, stove top, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine, and I was provided with a big basket full of kitchenware and cleaning products. Breakfast was varied with a wide offer of both hot and cold options, which was perfect for a good day start. Location is central and the area is served my several bus lines and even the tram to the forest. And last but not least: free coffee and cookies were available in the lobby all the time. The receptionists I met were all very nice and friendly.

Nothing really. It was a pleasant stay at a hotel I will definitely come back should I have the chance to visit beautiful Trondheim again in the (hopefully near) future.

Location was perfect, very near to the Nidarosdomen. Very near to the bus stop of the Fly Buss from the airport. The room was nice and we had a view of the church from our window. The shower was good too. We did miss some shelfs or a cupboard. Wide variety of good tasting food at breakfast

It would have been nice to have tea making facilities in the room. Also a room at the front side of the hotel can be a bit noisy when you have the windows open; we did get used to the sounds after a while. The bed was a bit soft

The location was excellent as it was so close by and accessible to the town centre and historical and other sites. Also wrt the location it was really good regarding access to the road network in and out of town. The staff were very friendly, approachable and helpful. The room was comfortable and nicely laid out with nice design touches. The breakfast was also very extensive and enjoyed.

I had a hire car, and hotel does not have on-site parking. That said, parking on street is possible (at a cost) and there is a nearby parking garage for long term parking which is positive.

Sadly, this place suffers from the common disease of “one small thin pillow per person”. Is this a prison? Come on! A couple of nice big pillows make ALL THE DIFFERENCE to comfort and feeling of luxury. Also, it just wouldn’t be hard to be clearer about parking. Where exactly is it? How do you in there? And most importantly, what do you do if you arrive after it shuts in the evening!

Across the street from Nidarosdomen and a short walk to almost anything in downtown Trondheim. Good breakfast, although the logistics of the buffet mad congestions especially around the bread. We got upgraded to a bigger room which was lucky as the one we got was not too big.

Having the room phasing Prinsens gate the traffic light signals (green man) was heard long in to the night. The beer was in the reception bar was ridiculously expensive but I should have known better....

Nice room, good bed. Bathroom was of decedent size and shower was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to shopping centre, groceries, and the hospital (where we were going). Free tea/coffee, and good choice in breakfast.

It’s a bit tricky to find parking, when not familiar in the city. Lots of one way streets around the hotel area so we drove about for a bit to find a way out, and ended up finding parking just across the street from the hotel 🙈

Excellent location only a short distance from the cathedral and easy walking access to the places of interest in Trondheim. Cheerful welcome on arrival and and very nice buffet breakfast which includes hot food.

Not really the fault of the hotel but we caught a parking ticket in a nearby street. No such thing as free parking in Norway. Make sure you use a car park where charging ends at 8.00 pm otherwise you will pay a bundle. There is one less than 10 mins from the hotel.

The location was great and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

When booking through booking.com I put on filters and it said it had car parking. However there was no parking as part of the booking. There was however paid parking close by. The water in the sink and shower at night took a very long time to get warm.
