Old style hotel with great large room, comfortable bed, table, desk, chairs and mini fridge. We made good use of that. Need some urgent updates though, new flooring to start. Well located with safe underground parking, even if the entrance is a bit tight to drive in. Breakfast could have been really good if there were replenishment of the items that were finished on the buffet.

The breakfast buffet might have been quite good before we arrived at 8:30, but we couldn’t enjoy everything as some of the items were finished, there was large group staying at the hotel, and the items of buffet were not replenished once finished. Lots of signs of what were on the empty trays. Except the mini croissants. Didn’t manage to have a piece of baguette or bread or cakes… only mini croissants and American style pancakes. The waiters were really serious about clearing and cleaning the tables, but no refills to the buffet and it was not even 9:00 a.m.

The pool/jacuzzi was nice especially during the hot period. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable.

The room had a leather chair that was very old and the leather was coming off.. it got stuck to my clothes. The mini bar had 1 espersso and no milk or creamer. And some of the sugars were already open. The cleaning lady tried to come in several times to my room on the day of my checkout although i told her i am leaving at 12. I felt like i was being rushed.

Very quiet room. Comfortable bed. Different types of pillows. Nice receptionists.

The fact that you have to pay 15 € for the underground parking and it is shared with other buildings nearby. Not protected and full of signs saying that the hotel is not responsible for having anything stolen from your vehicle. Did not feel safe.

Pretty establishment. It always smell good in hotel. Employees are very professional and nice. Room is spacious for Europe standard. Beds were crispy clean and smoothly comfortable. I enjoyed the pool and the gym too. Water fountain to refill our bottles are very appreciated.

Elevator is so slow and small. There magnetic cards are old and we needed to change them 3 times while our 3 nights stay. Pool was at 24 degrees celcius. I would prefer to relax in it at 30 degrees but it for the environment.

Walking distance to the center of Grenoble. Very friendly personel. No problem with parking.

The sauna turned out to be just a warm room. The large container called the pool/jacuzzi had slightly cool water. It was impossible to warm up by swimming because it was about 5 m in diameter and too cold for a jacuzzi.+

Good location, a short walk from the city centre. Comfortable rooms with fantastic air conditioning. Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke enough English to help us with any questions. Secure undergroiund parking for 2 motorcycles. Fantastic breakfast with a large selection of hot and cold food, with drinks.

Really great welcome from Nicholas, who later helped us find a really great restaurant for dinner. The parking was secure, and right under the hotel. Everything you needed in our room. A good selection for breakfast.

We arrived on a Sunday and were looking forward to eating in the hotel restaurant. When we asked to book a table we were told the restaurant was not open on Sunday. Really dissappointed and think it should be made more obvious as to the restaurant opening times. We both looked at the site and could not find any mention of this. As it turned out this was a bonus. Nicholas recommended and booked a restaurant for us in the old town, Cafe de la Table Ronde. We had a wonderful meal and walk through the old town.

Reasonably good location, not far from the centre of the city and in a quiet area. Clean, good size clean rooms. Friendly and professional staff, thank you! Good breakfast. Plenty of parking, including underground.

The entrance to the underground parking is difficult for big size car or with small clearance. The hotel is a bit worn, it needs some shining.

This place far exceeds the expectations. The location is great and quiet, yet close to everything you need to get around. It does have a convenient parking which was great. The staff is the gem of this hotel. Everyone was very professional, welcoming, genuine. I interacted the most with Nicolas who is simply awesome, was able to give reliable guidance, courteous, and super friendly. Highly recommended facility and staff!
