Very quiet hotel, not noisy at all through out my stay.room clean , comfy bed , clean towels, amenities provided like 4 star hotels.Just that no halal food near by.The nearest is at Rachathewi station, one stop from our hotel station.

Clean and cozy hotel

The location is very near the Victory Monument BTS Station. Is a very centralised location to most location. Staff is very friendly and very helpful with request and checking in.

I think there should be maintenance and repair to the flooring of the hotel. The room i stayed in, flooring crack and starts to open up.

I like the location of the hotel—close to local dining and shopping areas, and near public transportation. The room isn't too big, but the space is just right for us. Breakfast is not included, only coffee and tea are provided.

It would be helpful to have an additional makeup mirror on the small table, as it is slightly inconvenient to have only one mirror at the sink. The bathroom does not have a separate curtain for the shower, only a shared curtain for the entire restroom area. This is a bit inconvenient when we want to use the shower. It would be better to have a dedicated curtain for the shower area.

The location is excellent, just about 7 min walk to BTS victory monument station and it’s linked with victory hub shopping mall. So, it’s surrounded by lots of restaurants and shops. And the room is quite clean and comfortable with full facilities. Overall it’s nice while staying at this property.

#1 The first thing is about the receptionist female staff. When we reached there to check in, she was only one at the counter without a smile. The way she spoke is also emotionless. I felt like we were not welcomed warmly, maybe she had a bad day on that day due to her personal situation. But, the receptionist guy is really really nice. He’s very helpful and always attentive to answer my inquiries with smile. I will give him full score for his great service. #2 It could be said the property is a bit pricey giving the fact that no breakfast included.

The location of the hotel is good - walking distance to a lot of stores, BTS. The bed was comfy The hotel staff addressed our concerns promptly - the shower drain was slow draining, we requested for it to be cleaned

Wifi was not the greatest, it was really slow and we did not get good connection. It kept disconnecting a lot

The room was perfect for those who are in Bangkok for business. The size of the room is just good for a solo traveller, or two - it was really clean and has enough space to arrange stuff especially when shopping! The seat near the window is a plus, it is overall relaxing. Everything was complete in the room and if microwave oven is needed, it is immediately available downstairs. The staff are very accommodating as well and helps out right away. it is also accessible to food establishments and basic stores for everyday needs, and a few minutes walk to the Victory Monument BTS station.

Just a few leaks when the shower is used. I also had a bit of problem with the safe (but the staff helped me out). I am also challenged with changing the wifi password on the smart TV because it is all in Chinese, I had to use Google Lens to translate it.

I love the room is not loud of noise!

the light & lamb has not work, maybe it need to change to light up the room! One more point of the way go to the room are dark! If it can fix that is more better

The location is great. It is directly under the BTS station, next to the hub of bus stations, and integrated as part of the Victory Hub which is its shopping centre with hundreds of food. I could therefore conveniently travel to many places. The staff was polite and helpful. I also like the laundry service that, although it was the outsource service, it was in good quality. The air condition was super, especially when I was back to the hotel after my long days in the Bangkok hot weather.

The refrigerator was not cool enough even though I tried hard to minimize the temperature. The coolness was so limited. Sometimes water from the shower leaked out to the room floor.

Clean and cosy rooms with good lighting. The location was pretty convenient (not as much as Phaya Thai though). The front desk staff and management were quick to promptly respond and solve a misunderstanding upon checking in.

Do keep in mind that the hotel charges early check-ins even by 2 hours. When there are guests arriving after some 20h flights, a certain level of flexibility should be applied...

Location very close to bts so easy to travel to Siam for shopping and easy to access the airport line. Came with lots of toiletries and we got bottled water everyday Bed was clean and comfy

There was a leak under one of the sinks and the bigger shower head wasn’t working properly The do not disturb buttons weren’t working but was no big deal for us
