I loved how the staff kept your room clean daily and the exchange of towels was a must. Loved the beach and some of the staff was friendly. Loved how they had a pizza and ice cream bar and endless drinks.

The first day i got to the room, the tub was dirty it had yellow stains on it. The food was not all that great...Ive been to different resorts the "natural" juices werent natural its the first time i experience ok food. The fact that you are trying to enjoy your vacation and they allow senator staff to take some of your time to pressure you into buying a suite was not cool plus the manager had an attitude once i said no. The internet pretty much sucked you had to leave your room to get wifi signal.

I really enjoyed my stay, staff was very nice and attentive. The food was great!! Activities, music was excellent too. The customer service is awsome!! I really love it!! I want to shout out Margaret from the lobby staff, she was very nice, sweet and took good care of me and my fiance since we arrived. If they have some employee award she should get one. The only thing they need to fix is the Air Conditioner flow, it doesn’t blow enough to cool the room, even though it has a sealing fan, I sweat a lot t night and the bed’s mattress are not to comfortable.

The live shows were good and the food at the different restaurant and services was pleasant. I am a water man so i enjoyed the pools. If you are planning to do some laps its best to go to the private pool on the other side of the resort. Its near the Italian restaurant. I really enjoyed the gym equipment. The water temperature in the oceans and pool was about 80 degree it felt so remarkable

The pizza at the after hours location towards the senator hotel that is near the ice cream. was no good. it was hard like card board with cheese on it.

A budget hotel and often the cheapest place to stay in the Puerto Plata area. Stayed there 6 or 7 times in the past. ALL the staff are lovely and the facilities are good. The food is good, not outstanding but good and I could always find something I liked to eat. Rooms are average but clean and spacious. They used to have 4 bottles in the room with optics but they do not have those now. Had a short stay - just 3 days but was good. Lovely beach.

Food not as good as I remember from previous visits. Buffet just walk in but other restaurants had to go to reception each morning and stand inline to book for that evening. Is a daft idea and annoying - previous stays was able to book a few days in advance which most hotels allow. Found this a pain and would not stay again if this stupid idea is not altered.

The food here was phenomenal compared to other resorts we stayed at. On top the staff made me feel like at home super friendly they cared about us and overall I would love to come back again.

N/A I loved everything about the resort a little updating but honestly we loved the experience the rooms were just to sleep.

The resort was beautiful! The food was amazing! Perfect weather and staff was extremely helpful! We had an ocean view room right near the beach and the massage/spa area(massages were very relaxing with the sounds of the ocean) and it was the perfect distance between the pizza/ice cream and coffee shops in one direction and the bars and restaurants and pool in the other direction! Definitely recommend the ocean view rooms for a better experience! Victor was amazing as well! He made the place feel like a home and was a great friend ever since our arrival until a week later when we left, he was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with many different things to make our stay more enjoyable! He is definitely our favorite person at the resort! I wish we would have waited to book our excursions until we arrived but we had prebooked those ahead of our trip, however the resort offered some with amazing deals! Don't forget to travel down to the end of the beach as well for the oceanside gift shops and we were able to make a reservation for an amazing lobster dinner at Crazy Lobster! We had Davíd one of the shop owners along the beach call the owner of Crazy lobster to set us up for an amazing dinner that night! (Not part of the all inclusive package)

We stayed for 6 nights/7days and it was hard to get water bottles for the room, you could always go to the bars and restaurants for glasses of water but with us trying to stay hydrated after drinking all morning, afternoon, and night it was rough sometimes trying to sober up with no water in rooms lol We did find out the front desk can always provide 1 extra bottle if needed as well..

I like that there were multiple pool locations. Nice sized balconies. The room was decently sized.

The ac in the room couldn't be controlled better. It was pretty hot at night. The bathroom only had 2 towels even though the room was for 3 people. There's a long wait time to get a drink at times and they seem to cater faster to certain patrons than others.

The staff were Wonderfull. Great services. GREAT attention to our daily needs. The room was very lovely very clean and neat. The staff and security were always avalibel to answer questions. Give you travel instruction through out the location. Always asking if we need something during out breakfast lunch and dinner. I didn't see lots of snack during the night, but that was okay. The bar servicer were very funny.

I'm a picky eater so of the food was very Good and some was not. The firstcentertainment that we saw was very good performed . But the last one people were walking out. Was not to my liking. They should have mora games though out the day and inform the guest all the event during the day. And we're all the food and bar are avalible it was kind of confusion when. It came to go to eat.

It's all Inclusive hotel but we could feel the privacy in the rooms as they a little houses in the palm wood. I loved that as was green, quiet and could hear birds chirping. I could see an ocean from my balcony. Beach is beautiful, long and clean. Staff was very helpful and nice.
