I loved that there were two queen beds and a fold out couch. We have three kids, two boys and one girl so traveling can be hard. Queen size beds are not big enough to share with one of them and the boys do not want to sleep with their sister. It was a great surprise. Smart TV was amazing to have for music to sleep to. Having a mini kitchen was great as we do not travel without milk.

Honestly the only thing I didn't like is that I didn't get to sleep there for longer.. which had nothing to do with the hotel, just the fact that we needed to come home.

I love Ms. Dorothy, her care and always doing her best to accommodating our needs. (We are allergic to pork.)Also Mr. Robin was very friendly and kind. One of the front desk ladies was also nice. ( Didn’t get her name. She is a little taller. ) I like the location and the security of only those with a key being able to go up.

Some of the front desk workers are kind of rude and treat the guests as if they are disturbing them. I saw an interaction between one of them and a guest and it was not professional at all. Guest asked a question and it was hardly answered. The same lady asked another question and just got a rude “no” as an answer. It would be important to train them and remind them that those guests give them the job they have.

Nice and clean and free breakfast was great! Pool was clean . Staff members really nice and professional. Evita at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful and nice to our family we had several reservations and she worked to get us all on the same floor.

The police had the dogs walking around

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the lady over the breakfast bar was a great staff member, who could not help but be in a good mood after having breakfast with her in charge of it.

The coffee maker in the room was impossible to use and made terrible coffee.. for the price of the room it looks like they could have Keurig coffee makers they are used in most hotels now.

My over all experience was great. The only thing they should wash down the outside of the front keeping it clean and fresh. Everything else was very nice.

Just keep the front and sides clean

Wasn’t a fan of breakfast. Just the waffles were good. They didn’t have bananas either.

Closed pool for two days for cleaning. No prior notice. Kids were bummed.

Loved the room nice and cleaned breakfast was so great they have alots of food to choose from i had nothing bad to say about our stay there they make you feel at home!!!
