Very nice, clean, updated room. The bed was a little on the soft side. I was surprised by how updated the room was. The downside was that there were people running in the hallways around 2 PM and very loud. Rooms walls are a little then but we were there just to stay overnight and put in our ear plugs.

Loud guests in the hall way. Not sure what was going on, they have cameras everywhere. We were hoping that security would come investigate but did not call to complain.

I did not have the breakfast. I love that check out isnt until 12:00. I love that it is so close to the Toyota Center to be able to walk to see Hockey game. I only wish restaurant was open later for after the game.

I wish the restaurant stayed open later. We got back from Hockey game at 9 and our group would of ordered food and drinks if restaurant was open.

I booked through booking.com and my reservation was not on file. However, Emma did a wonderful job accommodating our trip based on confirmation from booking not on their records. Everything was great - except our King bedroom was booked. She did great making sure we were not left without a reservation.

Not a Hilton problem - issue with booking.com and not having a confirmation despite having a confirmation email and number.

Location, location, location. Check-in was easy. Room was in a good location in the hotel for those puppy walks late & early. Bed was confortable and room was clean.

$75.00 Pet fee is a bit extreme. $19.95 Per person for Steamer table breakfast on top of the room fee a bit much. Went to Original Pancake House...better breakfast, better price. Shh! ;~)

2nd stay here. Pretty good staff. I was surprised they gave us room near elevator but we saw room came back down and they moved us to a better location right away. Thx

The prices in the little store were over the the top high. I get charging for convenience but that's a bit much.

Friendly staff, very clean and nicely furnished property.

Children running thru the halls at midnight for ~30 minutes or more. Nobody stopped them until finally the parents came out and told them to stop.

The staff were wonderful and friendly. The restaurant was excellent - dinner and breakfast were delicious. Nick, the server/bartender was awesome!

Spacious rooms and super clean! Pool was great!

We were a little bummed with the expense of breakfast. Ended up going somewhere else to eat.

The bed was pretty comfortable--especially when compared to other hotels in the same area.

I wish the room would have been cleaned/vacuumed/towels replaced every day. A kitchenette and freezer in the fridge would have made this stay perfect for me. Lastly, there was a gas odor in the area between check-in desk and elevators.
