Everything — but especially the exceptional hospitality from the staff, with a huge shoutout to Val! From the moment we booked, Val went above and beyond to take care of us, even before we arrived. She helped us organize Tour A, a private Tour C, and our ferry to Coron, all with such patience, kindness, and helpful insights. Her support made our trip stress-free and so special. We truly loved Val and appreciated everything she did for us! Our room was absolutely gorgeous, with thoughtful luxury touches like a Dyson and a SMEG kettle — such a treat! Also, we have to mention Ver De, the restaurant at the hotel. The breakfast was AMAZING — everything was made fresh to order and the food was delicious every single day. If you’re looking for style, comfort, and genuine hospitality in El Nido, H Hotel is the place to stay!

This hotel is not just a place to stay; it’s a home away from home. The staff are the heart and soul of this place, and each and every member is truly amazing. Dani and I became especially close, but everyone went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The hotel itself is stunning, and the restaurant offers a fantastic free breakfast. I enjoyed nearly every meal there. After leaving the island, I found myself returning just a few days later because I missed my newfound family. El Nido has captured my heart.

Me and my mum stayed here for 2 nights on our holiday together and this hotel will always be a special memory. When we arrived we were a little early so we enjoyed welcome drinks upstairs while we waited for our room. That view as we turned the corner from the elevator had us lost for words, it was spectacular! The location is great, the vegan breakfast was two of the best breakfast meals we’ve ever had - and that’s coming from two people who’s aren’t even vegan! The room was stunning, and they even upgraded us to a partial sea view! But in all honesty it’s the staff that make it. They go above and beyond to make your stay so special. Everyone was happy, warm, friendly and nothing was too much for them! They arranged us tours, gave us beach towels, sorted transport, carried our bags, opened doors. They were amazing!! A special thanks to Sky and John, who were on shift in the mornings, Val (who was in the afternoon/evenings) Dani (I think is a manager) and Tan who drove us around! You guys are incredible at your job and really made our stay so memorable. Salamat po !

Everything about Hotel El Nido was amazing, however the one person who truly made our trip awesome and will forever be in our thoughts due to his efficiency, kind demeanour and overall great person will be Mr. Tan. From the time we met him at the airport to the time we departed , Mr Tan was amazing. During our trip he recommended some beautiful beaches to visit as well as other tourist attractions but what amazed me the most, was that he remembered our whole groups names from the time he met us. Wish there were more people like Mr. Tan in the service industry.

We stayed at this hotel in El Nido for five days in November as a group of friends and booked two rooms. The rooms were stunning, beautifully furnished, and equipped with modern amenities like a Smeg kettle, Dyson hairdryer, and more. Every day, we received fresh bottled water, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was outstanding. Although the menu is fully vegan (and I’m not vegan), the experience exceeded all expectations. There was an impressive selection of pancakes, muesli, smoothies, and more. The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Sky and Nette, who made our stay truly memorable. The hotel also offers a free airport transfer service, which worked flawlessly. Hotel is ideally located near the port, where boats depart for boat tours. We booked all our island-hopping tours directly through the hotel, which was extremely convenient. The evening before, we’d select our lunch preference for the boat trip, and the next morning, the guide would pick us up. The hotel even provided complimentary towels for the tours, which we could return later at the reception—a thoughtful and practical service. The rooftop terrace is breathtaking, with a panoramic view of El Nido Bay. You can enjoy meals there from their restaurant or even order from a nearby Chinese restaurant. With so much to do within the hotel itself—delicious food, incredible views, and even an on-site massage service—we could have easily spent the whole trip just enjoying the amenities. This was truly one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting El Nido. It’s an unforgettable experience!

I'm a very frequent traveller and this has got to be the best hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment we approached the building it was a great impression with the doorman being very friendly and attentive! The team at the front desk were extremely hospitable, offering us cooled towels on arrival and explaining all the services and amenities available without any upsell-y vibes. We immediately felt like valued guests! The rooms are gorgeous and well equipped with Dyson hair dryers and other premium goods. The view of El Nido bay is unbeatable - your room doesn't face it, it's on show from the rooftop bar too. Regardless, it's worth visiting the bar as the cocktails and food are fab (the gambas appetizer is extra delish!) and the staff are so friendly and generous with local recommendations. We booked our tours (A & B) through the hotel and couldn't rate the experience more highly. The boat crews went above and beyond! And the prices are the same as booking elsewhere. We were very grateful for the free local airport transfer particularly as we had a very early flight out. When arranging the shuttle, the team generously offered to have breakfast prepared for us the night before as the restaurant wouldn't be open yet. This is the first time I've ever experienced of this level of service. On the ground floor restaurant where the complimentary breakfast is served, all the dishes we tried were delicious (to non vegetarians/vegans too) but the pancakes are some of the best I've ever had. I cannot wait to come back and visit more H Hospitality properties.

Absolutely nothing can be faulted

Restaurant Ver De it’s a must do in El Nido! Great choices of food, very healthy and tasty, and the falafel…it’s something to die for! Hats off for front desk Mitz and Slay, they TOTALLY made our stay perfect. Extremely friendly, but not exceeded, with great reccomendations for our short stay, from the first second they made us feel great. Already can’t wait to see you guys again soon!!!

We enjoyed everything!

The staff is really helpful and nice, the location is fantastic, the hotel looks new. The views on the rooftop are really nice. They can arrange and help you with anything you need including the Tours, Airport transportation and pick up. Just few walking to take the boats for the tours.

We took 5 rooms, all ample and with good qualities, comfortable however, only in few of them the Aircon was a bit noisy. I think the owner should do anything about that.

What really set the H hotel apart was its unrivalled location. Nestled amidst the bustling city, this establishment is a foodie's paradise. The streets surrounding the hotel were filled to the brim with local restaurants, all within a 100 meter radius. This accessibility to local cuisine allowed me to indulge in an authentic dining experience without ever having to stray far from my base of operations. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast at Ver De. Each morning I was greeted with an array of tempting selections, catering to both local and international tastes. The culinary prowess on display at Ver De made for a delightful start to my days at the H hotel. As the sun started to dip below the horizon, I found myself drawn to the Piece Of Sky Bar. This rooftop treasure, with its panoramic city views, became my nightly ritual. The sunsets I witnessed from there were awe-inspiring, and the cityscape under the twinkling stars was nothing short of magical. Despite the size of the room, the superb location, stellar dining options, and the breath-taking view from the Piece Of Sky Bar contributed to an immensely enjoyable stay. The charm of H hotel definitely left an impression on me, and I am looking forward to returning soon. Overall, the H hotel excels in creating an intimate and personal atmosphere amidst a vibrant city, a testament to the notion that 'good things often come in small packages'.
