The staff were very friendly. The manager made the effort of getting something we wanted for breakfast for the next morning. The inside rooms were spotless. Loved the corner room on the first floor where we could open the window onto a park Cars could park safely inside The look and feel of the reception/ dining area is very pretty and inviting

The outside room where we were initially accommodated was disappointing- it did not meet the 10/10 rating. It was tiny and musty. The rooms inside the house were lovely and explained the 10/10 rating. No aircon.

Breakfast was really good! The host (charmaine) was lovely and super helpful. Would definetely recommend it!

The room was a bit humit so having a dehumidifier would have been good.

lovely freshly squeezed orange juice & eggs exactly how each person ordered them, mushrooms done beautifully as was the bacon & sausages. Room was clean and fresh and the staff were so warm and kind, thank you for your help and fresh bathmat after I knocked over my tea. Property is lovely, enjoyed having our al fresco lunch we had bought under the vine. Thank you for allowing us to store our luggage for the day after check out, it was a relief not to have to drive around PE with a car full of luggage.

light switch for the bedside lights was broken. Hash browns would have been a nice extra & a pastry.

I loved everything about 23 on Glen. from the welcome I received to how clean my room was. The bathroom was the highlight of my stay, very clean and very modern. I stayed for 1 night and it was a rainy cold 1 so the electric blanket provided was a plus. The host was amazing, so friendly and very attentive. The accomodation is a short trip away from the airport and it's also an uber ride away from boardwalk mall, would most definitely stay there again and again.

Everything was in pristine condition, the rooms were moderate and well taken care off. The breakfast was well up to standard and options were provided for breakfast in the morning. The coffee machine was also a bonus and was really appreciated for people like me starting early in the morning.

Coming from Paterson to the guest house the road did past a area that seemed to be a bit dangerous close to low income housing.

Location was ideal for where we needed to be, it was also close to a variety of great restaurants. The staff especially the manager Vanessa was outstanding, and certainly went the extra mile.

We were not all that happy in our first room, but Vanessa kindly heard our issues and moved us to a more suitable room

Everything and I mean everything..from the hosts to the atmosphere..it was a welcoming and warm atmosphere..loved my room,the crispy linen and electric blanket.minimal decor😍.the breakfast..can I just say the oats prepared by Sekai was one for the books💥..Vanessa thank you for everything 🎉

Friendly welcome, secure parking, decent comfortable room, good breakfast with the bonus of an espresso machine. Walking distance from Nolio Italian bistro and other restaurants. A short drive to St George's Park for cricket.

Looks like a rather characterless high-walled compound from the outside but don't be put off!

Vanessa is an excellent host and welcomed me into the property. The rooms are well sized and the accommodations are very comfortable. The property is well kept, modern and is definitely taken of. Secure parking behind a walled off property and automated gate. I was comfortable leaving my vehicle here without any worries.

No complaints.

Staff (Vanessa and Sekai) professional, friendly... room and shared areas immaculately clean and tastefully decorated Secure off street parking.

The only down side was the incessant barking of the neighbours dog in the afternoon which stopped early evening when owners got home.
