Amazing staff amazing services friendly and clean and superseded my expectations. Very close also to food places and has parking included in back.

code to doors given did not work, was left stranded for night prior to my arrival but it was sorted quickly tjhe next day and the staff was super helpful

I had a good stay here. The checkin was easy and they checked in with me to make sure everything was good. Parking lot is a tight quarters but didn't have any issues. The neighborhood is good there are lots of restaurants in walking distance. I felt safe here and would stay again.

on 1st day had to take shower with old water, reported and got fixed; last day cold water back again. TV would turn on by itself, had to unplug every night.

The staff service was perfect— immediately responding to any requests I sent to their email. I've got the feeling they really did care about my needs as their guest. The room was big enough, and the bed was very comfy. There's a fridge and a microwave in the room. Easy to find location. Charming oriental style of the hotel with a lovely scent in corridors. Bus stop just in few minutes outside. The supermarket is a 10-minute walk. A couple of nice cafes directly next to the hotel.

There was no electric kettle or any kind of coffee machine, no cutlery, though there was a microwave and a fridge. There was absolutely no soundproofing in the room. As if the windows were opened, I could clearly hear people talking outside in the neighbourhood early in the morning. Fortunately, they were speaking a language which I don’t understand, so at least I was spared the details of their everyday lives. The bathroom setup was somewhat inconvenient. The shower was in a recessed area of the wall, not a proper shower cabin, the fixtures were a little bit uncomfortable to use. I'd prefer the shower was more refined and clean.

The furniture in the rooms was nice, the bed was comfortable.

The air didn't really feel like it got cold in the rooms, other than that it was nice.

It's super clean and smells really nice all the time. Also, there are a lot of restaurants in the area and there's a direct bus line to the center. The Internet connection was great for work, video calls and streaming.

There's No threshold between the room and the restroom, and there's No ventilation from the restroom outside.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable! Staff were amazing with communication. Location is pretty good - far enough from the city centre to not be stuck in traffic, but close enough to take a bus and get to the centre in less than 30 mins.

The window in my room wouldn’t completely shut, so there was a bit of noise at night

The area was very peaceful and the room was very clean and the room smelled very nice and refreshing. I would return back there again when I take my vacation

I only have one dislike and that was the parking area. It was to jam up and sometimes cars is be to close to the cars. That’s my only concern.

The staff was very friendly. I received text messages from time to time checking in to see if everything was okay or if we needed anything. It was very easy to communicate with the staff. The property felt very safe. The parking lot was very convenient.

I wish we had more outlets in our room, but even with the amount we had, it was enough.

I really like the quick response from the host. Every day we recieved a message from them taking care of our visit. The room was in good conditions and the bathroom. the price vs stay was excellent and the location was amazing

The room was nect to their main street so it was loud at nigh. The room could be cleaner, we found some stains on the sheets and the pillows were a little old.
