Apartment was perfect for our needs! Very comfortable space and super clean. All appliances worked well. Bed was comfortable and AC worked very well. Location was in a nice shopping district with good restaurants nearby. Staff was very responsive and helpful in arranging transportation for us and supplying blankets on request.

Taxi pickup and drop off was a little challenging on busy street with no place to pullover, but we just made sure we were ready. Shower is not enclosed so puddles on the floor with minimal towels was frustrating but manageable.

I stayed at Omnia Collection Pagrati in Athens and really enjoyed my time there. It’s a comfortable and modern apartment located in Pagrati — a more local, non-touristic neighborhood, which I consider a real plus. No crowds, no noise — just real Athenian life. There are lots of small clothing stores around, and a Lidl supermarket just a short walk away. At the same time, it’s still close to the center — you can easily walk to the Acropolis in about 30 minutes. Because I arrived late, the host left me clear and detailed instructions for self check-in. Everything was smooth and well organized. Even though I didn’t meet the owners in person, Ivan was constantly in touch via email and made sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciated the care and attention — I felt welcomed and supported throughout the stay.

The only minor downside was the sound insulation around the bathroom. Since the small bathroom windows open onto a shared lightwell, you can occasionally hear sounds from neighboring apartments. For example, I could hear someone coughing in their bathroom. That said, this is easily solved by simply closing the bathroom door when you're in the main room — then the noise is barely noticeable. It’s a small issue and didn’t really affect my overall enjoyment of the apartment.

Great location, new and functional apartment (we were upgraded from 1 studio to 1 bedroom apartment upon our arrival). Comfortable place with all the amenities you need for a one week stay.

The place was cleaned but when looking into details (behind the doors, in the corners of the rooms, under the bed, we found a lot of dust, hair :(. We sent an email to the property and ask for some cleaning. We did not get any answers. No one came during our stay to clean the place.

The place was very clean and the aesthetic of the room very nice, even though it was on a main road it was not noisy. The apartment had all the important cutlery someone might need in order to cook and for 2 people the space was enough. It had a balcony which was not very big but it was cute, there were no chairs outside, however, we could go if wanted to smoke. The place was close to the center and there were a bunch of places someone can go and grab a coffee/breakfast/ lunch etcnearby. It felt safe to be there even at night. Lastly, we forgot a perfume in the room, the omnia team accommodated us and sent it where we live they were extremely helpful and delivered it to us as soon as possible.

There was a small delay regarding the check in, however it is important to mention that the inconvenience for us was minor, the stuff was very kind and proposed to move usin a different room similar to the one we had paid so we did not have to wait longer. I believe that the price for the apartment was slightly higher but it was not very expensive either so it is just something that I also consider a minor issue.

Everything was clean, there was plenty of space to put away clothes and toiletries and to move around the room. The bathroom was modern and spacious and the kitchen area was useful. I liked that there was a balcony and the room was bright. The location was a nice residential area which was a really pleasant half hour walk to the centre. Communication with the host was very good.

A very minor detail, as everything was great. It would have been nice to have a table and chairs for each apartment with a terrace and a sharp knife in the kitchen.

Clean and spaceous apartment. The location was also great. Our host was very nice and helpful and she explained everything we asked for and gave us all the informations we needed.

We were there 2 nights and each night we came back late. We weren't able to open the main entrance door with our cards. The first night the RF reader was rejecting our card and luckily there was a guy at the terrace in other apartment and he opened the door for us (THANK YOU SIR ! ). The second night the RF reader was not responding to the cards at all, so we had to call the host very warly in the morning and she opened the door for us (my apologies for calling you at that time, but there was no other way unfortunately)

It was very clean and comfortable. It had basic cooking equipment but don’t plan on doing anything too extravagant! The boat was pleasant and helpful. It wasn’t a bad walk to the touristy stuff and there are some fantastic restaurants in the area, especially if you walk away from the tourist area

Parking was an absolute nightmare. Admittedly we were there marathon weekend, but I honestly don’t believe it would be any better on a normal day. We ended up using the recommend parking garage nearby as street parking was impossible. This may well l be the sketchiest garage I’ve set foot in in my life, but they were true to their word and cheap so I’m not complaining! Prepare to have to park there if you stay here

I liked that the location was away from the centre and main tourist areas but you can walk there in 20-30 mins, as I got to explore a local area. It was very clean and spacious and the bed was big. Good facilities.

For November the duvet was quite thin so could get cold. I'd seen this mentioned before in the reviews so I brought warm clothes to sleep in but a warmer duvet for winter -or an extra blanket would be good. The balcony was too small to sit in but because it overlooked a school, it wasn't quite right for sitting in anyway so didn't get used. Still nice to have an outside opening though. Some people who can't sleep unless it is pitch black should bring an eye mask as the fire door sign in the corner emits some light.

Easy and straightforward self check-in process. Staff was super helpful when I reached out. The neighborhood is very nice, full of interesting and charming bars and restaurants.

Stayed in two different occasions at Omnia Pagrati, in the first stay, I choose the smallest and most affordable room option (cozy studio) and I found it to be too small for a couple also, the cleanliness could be improved a little bit, it wasn't bad but we found some hair here and there. On the second stay, we choose the chic superior studio and it was much better, both from a sizing and also cleanliness standpoint.

Very nice property easy to get to, and located in a quiet residential part of the neighborhood. It was easy to walk to other places like the museums, the Acropolis and plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby that weren’t touristy.

Great communication with the property manager! The room itself was beautiful, spacious, gorgeous, and had excellent air conditioning. I would definitely stay here again in Athens. Couldn’t recommend it anymore. Was perfect for a female traveler as well.
