If I could give more stars I would!!!! We seem to always have last minute stays and just gone it’s the best reviewed place, and usually are disappointed. But we’re. it to picky and just deal with it. This place was sooo good though!!!! Everything and more that we had hoped for!!!! Price was high, but everything seems to be that way now a days, but based off how everyone felt here, it was worth it.

The location turned out to be very convenient as we had more time to sight see than we anticipated. The whole experience was really great. The facility and room were very clean dn well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I overslept one morning and there was no more bacon.

On this site Booking.com, I specifically requested a room with a separate bedroom/living room. When I asked the person at the front desk, I was told in essence that since I booked through a third party, those requests are not honored. The person did not even attempt to look to see if I could have been accommodated. I had booked this place for a month long stay.

The location was excellent. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had everything you would want to eat from omelets, yogurt, cereal, waffles,potatoes, etc... I did like how the breakfast area was set up.

I enjoyed my stay. Keep up the great work.

The property is recently renovated and is beautiful!

The property serves only extended stay customers so there’s no daily housekeeping service. We were there six nights and only got fresh towels one time. We had to put trash outside the door and then they didn’t put bags in the cans so things were a mess.

We couldn't have had a better location. Took the kids to the zoo, children's museum , a local park and a baseball game. Everything was less then 20 minutes away. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot and attendant was great with the kids.

Pool was a little cool but the kids didn't care. Could use a bigger garbage can in the kitchen. With 5 of us in the room it filled up fast. The house keeper had to empty it everyday. Nothing major just our observations.

We loved the location and comfort. The room was large and very nice. We used the fridge and the bed was super comfy. The whole place was clean and well kept.

Our room air conditioner could not cool the room below 77 deg F. That is way to hot. We told the managment, and they did send a man to check it out ASAP. But was unable to fix it. I did get a 'we are really sorry' answer. I am sure that they were too. My friends in other rooms told me they were nice and cool.

Breakfast was delicious and had a very good selection

That my request for rooms close together wasn't fulfilled we were 5 floors apart that isn't close at all that was my biggest concern we had little grandbabies with us and really needed to be together. So I'm not sure how that was overlooked but we survived.
