A wonderful place to stay for our wedding! It felt really special staying in such an old beautiful property. It was very well kitted out, the welcome basket and hot tub were fantastic! We went for a walk in park and saw deer and lots of wildlife. It’s well located, within walking distance of the fabulous bolney stage pub. We loved it and have amazing memories - thank you!

Eleanor met us on arrival and gave us a tour of the property and the keys. Immediately, you can see how well kept the garden, hot tub and properties are (annex is a separate building).

Only 1 key, wasn't an issue as we kept it in the lock box outside the door. But would be handy to have 2 when you have a big group.

Lovely and spacious,brilliant facilities some of which like the hot tub we didn’t have time to use. Nice and quiet and the goodies provided were very welcome.

I know you can’t do anything about this but the only slight drawback especially when the house is full is having just IOne bathroom in the lodge itself.

Brilliant location on private land which you are free to roam at your leisure. The house is also beautiful and more spacious that you think. Garden is a lovely area to relax if you're going in summer and the hot tub/bbq are just the perfect touch.

Honestly the stay was absolutely fine, not negative comments here.

Great little house with period charm and pretty much everything you could need. Appreciated the complimentary food, coffee etc.

A better Bluetooth speaker would be great. Flooring might need to be fixed at some point. We had a full house and the toilet paper ran out fast! Shame you can hear the motorway, but not much can be done about that.

The house was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and the welcome hamper was a lovely bonus. The beds were very comfortable and the whole atmosphere of the house was warm and cosy. The estate had beautiful walks too.

Not a problem for our group, but the steep spiral staircase might be an issue for some.

Everything. It was absolutely fabulous . Spotlessly clean , well equipped, great use of spaces , lovely decor . Great outdoor space on a spacious country estate which was great for walking .

Beautiful grounds and lovely, comfortable, well equipped accommodation. They thought of every little detail and the property manager was extremely helpful. Basket of goodies was delicious and a can't find fault in anything. We had a wonderful weekend staying ther and would love to go back!
