The staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and comfortable. Loved that it was a small family run hotel. The location was faultless - 10min walk to the supermarket, 2 minutes to the lake and the restaurants along the front, bus stops to Sirmione all close enough to walk to with a 6yr old - buses take you to Sirmione old town, Desenzano, Peschiera and Verona. We had a lovely time in the nice quiet pool too! Our balcony on the 3rd floor overlooked the gorgeous lake and mountains. Saw a previous comment about aircon only working at night- not sure what happened there as ours worked anytime of day when we were in and kept the room cool enough for us to sleep at night without being mega noisy! (Well not noisy for us anyway!) It wasn't a fancy hotel but I didn't pay for a fancy hotel - it had what we needed!

The room was spacious and had a wonderful view over the east side of the lake. Furthermore, everyday the room had that smell of cleanliness. Staff went the proverbial extra mile to help us.

In today's travel requirements one needs to have a number of electrical sockets (ideally USB) outlets to charge one's phones and gadgets. The replacement of the current sockets on the bedside shelves with sockets which also have USB outlets will do the trick

Only used as a base for an overnight stay on a motorbike tour, but the impression was that this would be a nice place to stay for longer. The rook was a good size with good facilities and clean. There were views of the sunset from the corridor outside our room and views of the sunrise from our balcony (which was large). Staff were friendly and helpful. It is located only a short 15-20 min walk from the old town and there are restaurants nearby as well. We were gone before breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

Good location, a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Nice view to the lake from balcony even from 1st floor. Own private beach/pier. Very good breakfast. Nice pool.

Breakfast not included, normal breakfast (€ 15.-) does not offer scrambled eggs or omelettes (€ 4 - 8 on top).

Parking was easy and plentiful. Easy access, just off the Main Street. Very easy to find as you drive in town . Excellent breakfast . Very pleasant courteous and helpful staff

Easy to access, lot of free parking places. Lady at the reception was helpful. The room with two balconies was clean and the bed was OK. Selection of food at the breakfast was OK. I warmly suggest this hotel.

The hotel is very close to the small port where there are various restaurants to choose from. There was plenty of room to park in the grounds of the hotel.

The cost of breakfast - €20 - is too high. If it cost half that amount we would have accepted it.

The location was perfect, staff were wonderful and there was easy parking on site. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was excellent and we had the most amazing view from our terrace. The bar on the lake front was a fantastic place to unwind.
