The room and amenities

There was no control over the unruly patrons that were running down the hallway and smoking marijuana on our floor. Called front desk twice for two nights. No change. Checked out at 1130pm instead of 11am on the 23rd of June. No monies refunded or apology given by Home2suites. Other guest were also checking out due to the chaos.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was great close to everything I needed.

Not being able to check in both rooms early. Having a glitch with the hotel and booking.com. was told that my card did not go through and that I had not pre-paid for the room. I had proof of my payment to American Express. That was disturbing to be told that I had not paid. Thank goodness I had the proof. Still not sure I was not charged twice. I have to review the receipts that I just received.

I left before breakfast in order to avoid early morning traffic The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful in getting me settled in my spacious room The hotel is very quiet and clean. The parking is very safe and close at hand

I have no complaints at all about my stay at you fine hotel and facilities

I would recommend them upgrading the coffee machines in the rooms. And keeping more over the counter meds for guests. It's an inconvenience when you have to leave the hotel to get simple meds. Especially after dark.

Great breakfast. Plenty of choices and places to sit and eat.

Checked in on a Friday night. The man running the front desk did not greet us at Hilton Honors members. Not sure if this is because reservation came from Bookings.com. The next night, Andre did a great job of making us feel at home.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was great, the rooms were spacious and cleaned regularly. I also liked the fact that there was a full fridge and microwave. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, my kids always commented about how delicious the waffles and hot chocolate were! I would definitely book here again whenever I am in Frisco.

Close to the mall, nice multilevel pool good for toddlers, access to streaming services, already made coffee, breakfast, good quality shampoo/conditioner, full size fridge and microwave

The comforter was a bit light/thin.

They freshened up our room everyday!! Beautiful Hotel!! My husband and I will definitely book again.

Very good breakfast, there could be few more vegetarian options including burgers.

The staff members were really nice. Greeted me at the door. I felt safe traveling alone to this hotel. Clean rooms, you can tell that this hotel takes pride in making sure their guest are comfortable.
