There is plenty of room. Nice kitchenette with cutlery and dishes. The shower has amazing pressure. The price for 1 night was a little expensive imo, but overall, a great stay in a renovated room that looks up to date and really good. The manager is very friendly. The Manning River hotel is basically across the road and is a great place for a night out with friendly staff and great food. There’s also an Italian restaurant and a Chinese restaurant directly across from the Alabaster Hotel. Perfect 👌 Will stay again for a weekend getaway.

Extremely clean and tidy room and outdoor areas. Nice barbecue area available with table and chairs to sit outside undercover next to the pool. Too cold to swim but pool looked clean and well taken care of. Economy room had everything we could possibly need with kettle microwave fridge iron etc all provided with tea coffee and sugar. Linen clean and fresh and toiletries provided. The staff member who took care of us was absolutely fantastic. She was helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. I can’t speak more highly of the incredible level of service we received from her. It’s having great staff that will keep customers like me and my family coming back to stay again whenever we visit the area.

It was comfortable and the bed was great. The cleaning crew saved my pillow. I left it behind and when I returned to get it, they were aware of the pillow and had it ready for me to pick up.

The welcome was poor with no explanation of wifi access or that I had the option of milk for tea and coffee. I had to read this in the hotel info folder in the room. The body soap container ran out to product during the first shower. The property feels like it is halfway through an internal renovation. The kitchen and shower area were renovated but the 2 seater lounge and desk chair were old and worn.

This is a motel with some lovely homely touches. Vibrant art on the walls and some nice details in the bathroom. The shower was excellent with a huge showerhead and recess. Nice to see a motel owner going the extra mile! The staff were friendly and having arrived from travelling on a Sunday evening, we were pleased to dine across the road at a welcoming pizza place. It was excellent for our one night's stay.

Very good value, nice room, comfortable bed. Bonus to see that there was microwave, toaster, kettle and some plates & bowls - could easily prepare own breakfast with some supplies. Location has pub 100 metres away, so great for a drink or meal.

For my room, the floor hadn't been vacuumed - probably just missed on that day as they went between rooms.

The staff were just lovely and the room was very comfortable.

The only downside was the small car parking spots. Large truck-style "cars" made parking a significant challenge. With only 10 cm clearance due to being blocked in by a Tesla while it was charging, I couldn't access my driver's side door at all. No idea who owned the car, so had to access my vehicle via the passenger side door.

Everything was lovely . From the call back after our booking was made to the friendly welcome despite us arriving late was so lovely . And the room was exceptionally well fitted out ..superbly clean and lovely cosy bedding on a good sleep bed. Thank you to the sweet and delightful Manager for making g us feel most welcome and comfortable. A+++++++

At the time of stay, the motel was sorting out damaged carpets from previous heavy flood generating rainfall in the area. Even with bare concrete floors awaiting new carpet, the staff took every possible step to help out. Appreciate the effort from the staff consirdering the conditions.

Great location near town, with a pub and cinema nearby, perfect for a layover for a night on a drive up the coast from Sydney. Bed was very comfortable, very generous with toiletries and with the milk provided (have to ask for the latter on check in, but offered enough milk to make breakfast). The room was also very clean. Saj, who I assume is the owner, was super helpful and went out of his way to solve an error I had made with the booking that could have cost me. Lots of people would just shrug their shoulders! Having a Tesla EV charger is also a real plus and very convenient.

Able to charge the EV for free overnight, and easy access to the room via door code, making for easy no face to face check-in and check-out. Facilities provided all three basics and were as advertised.

There wasn't really quite enough water pressure for the broad square showerhead.
