Lovely stay! The hotel is so nice and clean, and no bugs! We really enjoyed it and the fact that is was so cheap for the quality of the hotel, meant it exceeded our expectations. The location is amazing toot, as it is so central and close to the beach, malls, markets, etc. Our rooms were beautiful, the aircon was a godsend and the bathroom facilities were really good!

Highly recommend this accommodation. The staff were so lovely & welcoming & organised airport pickup for us making it so easy when arriving! The hotel facilities were perfect & I absolutely loved our room. The bed was so so comfortable me & my partner had the best sleep. The room was so large & the shower was huge & the best water pressure. We absolutely loved our private pool but even the main pool was awesome! The buffet breakfast was amazing. I will definitely be staying here again next time. Location was perfect also, absolutely loved this hotel. Super clean & very pretty. Looked exactly like the photos or even better in person. Thank you so much for having us!

Good breakfast options for vegetarians, but limited dinner choices. Helpful and cheerful restaurant staff. Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and fresh towels. Overall, a positive experience. Very helpful staff is a big plus.

The power outage was caused by a faulty water kettle. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, and the water heater was also faulty. As a result, we had to take cold showers on the last two days of our stay. Additionally, the water didn't drain quickly from the bathtub after showering, and the second person had to wait 10 minutes for the water to clear. Overall, we had a bad experience with the bathroom.

Excellent hotel, excellent staff and location. The room, breakfast and dinner, everything were excellent. I rented a scooter too from the hotel at a rate of 125k per day (maybe at a little higher rate than usual) for 4 days. I would love to come back again.

The property doesn't provide invoice if one books from booking.com. They argue that the invoice can be generated from booking.com, but booking.com clearly writes that they don't provide invoice. It is not appreciable not to have an invoice after a valid stay and after clearing all dues. It is your property, you took the money, then why should you not provide an invoice to the customer? I did not like this fact. Disappointing.

The staff was always friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

We had an amazing stay at Cross Vibe Paasha Atelier Bali Kuta! We were looking for a place with a private pool, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth with no deposit required. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the noodle options 🤤. Room service was impressively fast; the quickest we've ever experienced 😁. Our room was cleaned daily, ensuring everything was spotless. One day, our telephone stopped working, but after informing the receptionist, a technician fixed it within 30 minutes, and our food was delivered promptly. The private pool had a roof, which ensured complete privacy, and the staff turned on the filter as soon as they saw we were using it. Our room was spacious, featuring a TV area with a sofa and stool, a large bathroom, a separate toilet, a microwave, a minibar, and snacks. The check-out process was just as smooth as check-in. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bali!

We stayed here for 5 nights. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety... WiFi was pretty bad kept dropping out. When l booked l asked if it was halal and was told yes.. Unfortunately when arriving at Breakfast area they were serving bacon.. Also restaurant serves bacon and Alcohol...l was told in a email l sent that it was 100% halal.

The room is clean & bright. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is at the main roach which easy to call for Gab Car, usually took me less than 10s to get the car. Easy to get food nearby.

The Wifi connection is poor in the room. I couldn't find the hotel name in Grab App, it is still showing the previous hotel name in Grab App. Please update the information in the system because it is confusing to your customers.

The breakfast consisted mainly of Indian Cuisine, which was delicious. Our room got upgraded and staff were delightful and incredibly adept at providing assistance when required. Locationally convenient, mart and other places of convenience nearby. Lovely view. Wonderful ambient sounds with performances at night. Beautiful duplex room.

Towel was stained even after washing. Room dining was difficult to figure out. Repetitive menus for breakfast for those staying longer than one night. Room wasn't completely clean, but still not too bad. Terrible smell from the bathroom.
