Location is very good and very nearby to Airport link station. Indra Square is just 5 min away by walk. Most happening pratunam market is also just few minutes walk. Front desk lady was so cordial. Small room but equipped with all the necessary amenities. Rooms are clean. It may be a good choice near pratunam area. I'll definitely come back this hotel.

Good location for the airport link to the airport. Not that far to hit central Bangkok either. Hotel was clean, facilities just fine for a three star hotel and staff were courteous.

First of all, the hotel room is clean, including the bathroom. There is hot water for the shower. There is a daily clean up, change of drinking water, tea, coffee and towel as well. All staffs are very welcoming and helpful, especially Mariam. If a customer needs anything, go to them directly. Next good thing about the hotel is security. The room key card is used to access the lobby. There is always a security guard in front. He helped us with the luggage on arrival and departure. The hotel's location is ideal for shopping. There is Indra square next to it, a bit further Paladium mall, then Platinum mall, Big C, Central world etc. They are all within walking distance. You can have good sleep at night. The neighborhood is not noisy at all. Taxis can be arranged by the hotel or there are a lot of taxis on standby near Indra Square, near the bus stop. Customers can order good food from the hotel. The prices are good. I was surprised after reading the bad comments on booking. I had a good experience during my stay. Maybe the hotel has improved, but you cannot please everyone. For me, this hotel is a 10 on 10.

This hidden gem is just a block away from Pratunam Market. There's a near 7/11 nearby. The staff were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. :) We've been looking for boxes and they've provided one for free. The room was spacious, perfect for unpacking and relaxing after a long day of walking around. The bathroom was clean and fresh, which was a big deal for me. They would also I would definitely recommend this hotel!

While the room offered a good number of outlets, which is convenient, some of the plugs weren't functioning. This could be a minor inconvenience for others with many gadgets or devices they may need to charge.

Location, value for money

In #404 air-conditioning hits you directly on your head.

The hotel was near to the train which is connecting to Airport Rail Link and it is in a busy area but quiet in the room and the hotel as well. Accessible to train, Platinum Fashion Mall, Indra Square and Pratunam Night Market. Very friendly staff and a nice breakfast.

The room had an issue with the toilet flushing, but when I informed the staff they were nice enough to change my room to another. Better have a mirror in the room.

Best room we had on the whole of our trip. Clean, modern. Quite a view from our 6th floor window. Located close to the rail line to the airport, we used this hotel for our last night in Bangkok. Located in a very busy, noisy street, but close to a couple of malls where you can escape the hubub, and the heat and perhaps enjoy a meal in air conditioned comfort. Best shower of our trip. You couldn't hear the street noise from within the hotel.

It is located in a frenetic area, that some may enjoy.

It is close to the airport link, and to the big shopping malls (Palladium and Platinum Malls). Several nearby 7-11 stores for quick foods, and there are several canteens to buy food from. Near the Baiyoke Sky Hotel, where buffets are served. Good place to stay after a day of conference.

No hot water, even though I let the water flow for more than 5 minutes (instructions say wait for 5 minutes. I guess the hotel caters to vegetarian or those who do not eat meat, no pork-based products were served during breakfast, which is a shame since bacon is nice to have for breakfast. If not pork-based, they could serve variations of chicken-based food. Since it is close to the malls and market, it is in busy neighborhoods.

The location and the receptionists are wonderful.

The maid service seriously needs improvement. I arrive late so after the first night I wouldn’t need any cleaning, but after the second night I put up the “clean up” sign. I can feel that the bedsheet wasn’t change, they did change the pillowcases and empty the trash. Towels also need improvement, maybe replacing the old ones, I end up using my own towel.

This is my second time staying. I asked for "Do not disturb" and housekeeping left water outside every day. In general, room was cleaned, and the bathroom was ok. Good location, value for money.

It's a bit noisy when people slamming the door, I mean, this is not the hotel's fault. If only they could be more considered of others.
