An apartment hotel, which is comprised of an entire building dedicated to apartments. We found everything to be new, clean, in good condition, comfortable, and well maintained. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay in the apartment, including a small kitchen with all the amenities you need. It is provided through a chat function, and the response time for the service is usually quite fast. We once had an issue with the door lock, which was quickly remedied by chatting with one of the support agents. At least during the week, an apartment is very quiet, and there is good sound isolation as well. The apartment is also conveniently located close to the city centre and central bus station. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

I would say that the apartment is a bit small. It is suitable for a couple with a child, not for a family with more than one child. Nevertheless, it's only my opinion. For now, there is a lot of construction in the area, so the view from the balcony isn't a thing, but it will be later. I am not sure how quickly customer service will respond via chat during the weekend, especially during Shabbat.

This is the second time we stayed in this property. It is very clean, the kitchenette is well equipped, it's quiet, the bed is very comfortable, it has a balcony and it is a 2 minute drive to the main areas of interest in Eilat. However, the view of the bay is limited and distant, and there are no resort facilities like a pool, gym etc. But if you just want a convenient flat it's a great choice.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, attractive and all appliances worked fine. There was no interaction with the staff but everything went smoothly. On the ground floor of the building there’s a bakery/grocery store which is convenient. All in all it was very comfortable.

Location is a short drive from the beach, but not a easy walking distance considering the heat in Eilat. The view from our room on the 2nd floor was mediocre, not the kind of panoramic view of the gulf that you have from some of the hotels or other properties.

Location away from the beach, the underground parking, the view, the flat overall. Restaurant, cafe and supermarket under the building and all 3 of top quality and prices.

Very limited service in case of problems. They did not set up the sofa bed for the 3 Rd guest in the flat, and informed us "you should have asked". Well, since we booked for 3 pple in 2 separate beds, why don't they ask us if we want the sofa bed open and ready ?... speechless we had to chase them to get our ready prepared to our booking request.

we liked everything

Check in was problematic as they gave us the wrong code but was sorted out within 20 minutes. I liked the location. This time I wanted to try an area away from the sea, which was a 15 minute walk away. More city atmosphere. Walkable to many restaurants and groceries. I liked being able to prepare healthy food in the kitchen. Clean, great city view, reasonably priced. Thumbs up!

clean apartment, fully equipped kitchen, very nice and comfortable bathroom, even a plug on the balcony, cold water to drink always available on the ground floor, the view is not the most beautiful, but about 10-15 minutes walk to the main promenade, bakery/shop/cafe open from very early hours to late hours in the same building, restaurants and shops right next to it

the view was not the prettiest, on a construction site, the access code for the door is emailed a few minutes before arrival, so without internet you can't get in, the code should have been sent much sooner!

Balcony, interior, new building, automatic door, cleanliness, contactless check-in, large bathroom - two sinks

- Several times we sent photos of our passports to the staff before checking in, it’s not clear why. - The sofa in the apartment was stained, which the host tried to wash, they hadn’t dried up yet when we checked in, but they didn’t smell bad. - When we entered the apartment, it smelled very much of artificial flavour. - It is necessary to turn on the heating for a hot shower 30 minutes in advance. If you’re in the shower for a long time, it gets cold. - There were only 2 coffee capsules for 2 nights for 2 people

We got only 3 toilet papers, for our 5 day stay for 4 people. Extra papers offered for extra $$.... Pretty embarrassing. Sofa bed was cranky.
