The young woman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. When I booked I had asked for a view of Bass River and they put us up on the 2nd floor. My bad, I quickly realized my Mom would not be able to walk up the stairs without being out of breath, there was no elevator. Also, I was the one carrying everything suitcases, bags and rolling cooler. I went to the front desk and explained there was no way we could walk up the stairs she quickly gave us a room on the lower level. The room was somewhat clean except for a stain on my sheets, it was late so I waited until the next morning and asked the owner if he could have the sheets changed. He was very nice and apologetic, sheets were changed the same day. The freezer was very small and caked in ice, I couldn’t open the door definitely needs to be defrosted, was disappointed in that because we wanted to freeze our water bottles, but made it work. Also, there was a coffeemaker but only one coffee pad for a 4 cup coffeemaker, I drink at least 2 cups and so does my Mom. Went to the front desk and the young woman was happy to give me more coffee pads and said that they make coffee which is available in the morning if we needed more. There was no breakfast which was fine because we brought our own and planned to go out for breakfast. All and all I will say the customer service was spot on as for the rooms they could use a little fixing up. Oh, and trying to use the tv was a nightmare. I would suggest to the motel to include instructions on how to use the TV and how to get local channels.

The facility was clean and quiet. The staff were very nice. The location is great there’s kayaking across the street and we were 1 mile from a beach. There are restaurants near but not that close.

Their website stated a small breakfast would be available but there was nothing but coffee and tea. The pool was locked and closed all week. I’m not sure why, it was dirty with leaves on the bottom. The room smelled of mildew all week. There’s a refrigerator in the room. No microwave in the room . You have to walk to the coffee area to heat up food.

The management was awesome and very nice! She even helped to get us another room as my husband needed a different mattress for his back. She and her husband also allowed us to stay and use pool and change clothes afterwards in staff room as we had a later flight and checkout is normally at 11:00. We would recommend to stay at Travelodge..very clean too! 😊

Lisa and David are amazing people!! Lisa was extremely helpful as we had a very late check in from a family member. She made sure that the keys were all set up for when they were to arrive well past midnight. I needed a few things to borrow( sissors, iron, ironing board) and Lisa and David had no issues in lending those out. The beds are beyond comfortable...if we were able to bring them back home to Canada, we would of!!!! Overall, a fantastic 3 night stay for a family wedding. Thank you Lisa and David, you went over and beyond to ensure we all had a good vacation!!! Tania, Angel, David & Marie.

Location was perfect and the facilities were great value for the price you pay. We were so happy with how comfortable the beds were, AC worked just fine, room smelled clean, fresh towels, iron available, pool was nice.

The bathroom was funcional al thought the shower/tub could use some work. Looks dirty, but I don’t think it’s because it doesn’t get cleaned, just that it is old. I am kind of particular with things like that so just used flip flops in the shower as I would any other hotel. Also, if you are showering and someone in the room above/next to you is also using the shower or flushing the water turns freezing cold. Not ideal. Other than that we loved everything about this place and would more than likely come back!

The staff was great right from booking to checkout the cleaning staff was very good supplying what we needed . Location was great to get to many areas of the cape . Rate was fantastic ! Beds were very comfortable best sleep I have had in few weeks!

Microwave in the room would be nice otherwise everything was very good.

Honestly, I was not expecting such a pretty comfortable room for such a low price. We were pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable pretty place to stay

It was clean and the staff were so friendly and kind. We had quite a few needs while we were there and they were so helpful and met them all. Also, the pool is fabulous and it was super quiet and chill. We will def be back!!

Convenient and clean. A little outdated and smelled musty but was very clean. The room only needed to be aired out a little. The staff was friendly at check in. Great shower!

Parking was tight.

This was a perfectly acceptable place to stay at a reasonable rate in an area where everything tries to be overpriced. It's partway down the cape and is in a good location for everything outside of Provincetown.

The pillows were a little thick for this stomach sleeper, but I just didn't sleep with one. The parking lot is a little cramped; they could use a little bit more land. I think that's about it, really.
