It was our second time visit in this cosy family hotel. And again was everything spot on. You can find everything for a short break or a long stay. Nice clean rooms, smiley and wiling staff, on-site restaurant with classic Hungarian cuisine, lovely pool and the best thing - pool bar. Tasty and reach breakfast, various options of meat, sausages, vegetables, pastries. I loved "lecsó" :) Free parking but a little bit hidden in the village, what on the other side guarantees a calm sleep with opened windows :) Few miles by car from beaches in Balatonfured and county city Veszprem (shops, restaurants, ZOO...). Bonus: We were offered for the same price a bigger room as we booked, so we enjoyed the holiday even better as we could. We will come back soon!

I have traveled a lot and have tried sooo many hotels around Europe, but Hotel Mayer has got me 100%. Absolutely nothing to complain.

The atmosphere in the hotel is like visiting relatives. Very friendly. The weather was warm, so we opened the sauna and Jacuzzi earlier. The price includes an excellent breakfast and sauna. We quickly drove from the hotel to an amusement park with a bobsleigh track.

Wow, it was amazing. Staff were fantastic, facilities were outstanding. Breakfast was delicious, location was ideal, I would definitely come back and stay longer.

We had four people in one room, would not recommend this for longer stays. We were kept awake by noisy guests in their room, but not the fault of the hotel.

We loved everything in this property. Exceptionally clean, the garden a dream, spa the same. The food was very tasty. We only stayed one night but we want to come back for a longer stay. We were very pleased.

Only the big pillows were a bit uncomfortable for us but otherwise it was a dream come true.

Very clean, nice and well-equipped hotel, even with little bikes for kids. Very tasty restaurant and great breakfast. Highly recommend this place, either as a coup or as a family with kids!!

Very nice hotel, way nicer than on the photos. Great pool for our 2 little kids (1 and 3 years old). Very friendly and helpful staff. We had booked 1 night and ended up staying for 5 in total, would definitely go back!

We got a bigger room for the same price which was extremly nice. The stuff was smiling and trying to help and of course the unbeatable breakfast.

I would like th pool.to ne a bit warmed, but children still.enjoyed it.

Breakfast was perfect. Everything you could possibly ask for was there, with the highest quality ingredients available. Very refreshing. And the breakfast room was charming. The room we were given overlooked the spa and pool and had the most beautiful hand-painted flowers on the walls. Best sleep we had on the entire trip.

We had a really nice time there. The staff was super nice and helpful. The cocktalis were amazaing and the beer was super cold. We will definitely go back.
