Even though it’s not a new property, it’s really a great place to be in the Summer. The staff is very pleasant, the vibe is just very relaxing, the location is excellent. Plus all the small things like s’mores for kids in the evenings or surfing lessons only add up to a really super nice experience.

Nothing really that we did not like. Maybe just a pity the pool and beach chairs are available only till 6:30 (they could be a bit longer). But it’s nothing major really. Overall, everything was really great and we had a great stay.

Our stay at the Marram Hotel in Montauk was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I enjoyed a few peaceful days filled with relaxation, excellent food, and beautifully designed rooms. The atmosphere is serene and elegant, with thoughtful touches everywhere that enhance the overall experience. Being able to unwind and take in the natural beauty of Montauk from such a stunning beachfront property was truly special. The staff was attentive, the ambiance was calming, and every detail felt curated to create a memorable getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Location, beach service, bar and restaurant, friendly staff in general. The smores in the afternoon are really nice. And the food in the restaurant is very good!

The pool area rules are a bit too restricted. For example: My daughter (13 years old and a swimmer) could not remain in the area without my supervision even for a few minutes while I would go grab a drink at the bar - located right next to the pool. The pool wasn't clean - I stepped on a spike, hurt my foot. I showed the spike to the staff and her reaction was none. The pool wasn't clean.

It is right on the beach with a stunning and quiet location. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was lovely.

The food options at the hotel were really limited. If we wanted something easy, quick or light while we were sitting on the beach, there weren't great options. I feel like I wasnt aware that there were no TVs in the rooms. It was fine because we were looking to read and relax but on the super rainy night we had while there, we would have loved to do a movie evening.

The location at the beach and staff were 10/10.

Only the location justifies the price. The rooms are nice, but quite small and without a safe. The restaurant only served meals as take out and no breakfast was possible (except coffee in the lobby). Also due to the smoke of the firepits, it was not possible to open up the windows in the evening. Overall the location/staff and the "beach-feeling" are very good, but you could expect more at this price point in terms of services.

The staff were exceptional. Friendly and always helpful. Loved the beach service and bicycles! The room was comfortable, the bed was amazing and the A/c was perfect!! LoL

Parking could be better. Very tight. I missed a T.V., (but I got over it quickly)

The view was amazing. i loved the pool and the beach and the outdoor Lounging area. They had great activities. Loved the morning yoga, meditations, and tarot card reader. The Mostrador restaurant was fabulous! amazing food and my husband I are picky. He is from Europe and I am a health snob and we loved it. Overall they had a hardworking staff up keeping the facilities which was nice to see. The grounds workers. (The front desk woman could have been friendlier and more helpful)

I wish the cafe opened at 7am for hot tea and at least coffee. I also wish they had robes in the rooms! For the price of the hotel you need a robe. The front desk woman were not the most welcoming.

The place is magic, right on the beautiful Montauk beach. Option to stay at the pool or beach. Beautiful organic rooms with nice balcony and comfortable beds.

Prices are very high for rooms and food. There is no real restaurant concept for the price level. No TV in the room.

Staff wa excellent. Location was great. Food was healthy and tasty.

Guest rooms didn’t have a TV. It should be the guest choice to flip on TV during their stay. For the price of rooms a TV isn’t a big ask and available in almost ever other hotel.
