Perfect location, overall very good value for money. The apartment was quite warm in February thanks to central heating and there is also an AC unit we didn't have to use. We got a free upgrade to a larger apartment than the one we paid for, which I appreciated.

I disliked having to pay 5 euro to check in 1 hour early. In my opinion, if the apartment is ready before check in time, the host should allow early check in at no charge; and if the apartment isn't ready - that's fine too. But this seems like an unkind money grab. Other than that, the apartment is very low budget when it comes to furniture, mattress etc., but you get what you pay for.

It's conveniently located with many public transport options. The room is well maintained and clean. Bathroom was nice and the sleeping area comfortable, with many power outlets too. Kitchen equipment convenient to make a quick tea or coffee.

There are no closets of any kinds, we were there a whole week, and couldn't properly unpack which was an inconvenience. Downstairs area is small. There were enough beds upstairs to accomodate 3 adults but barely enough room downstairs for 2. Cooking equipment not really sufficient for actual cooking, so if making your own breakfast is important to you keep it in mind. For some reason it was really stuffy at night despite relatively cold weather, I fear it might be an issue in summer.

The location is nice and central in the city. Easy to get into the appartement with door codes. The beds comfortable, the AC worked good, and the appartement had everything you might need.

Our room was near the shared entrance, where we often heared other guests loudly talking outside the window late at night. No further discomforts.

The location is really great, especially for young people who want to go out in the evening. Barely used public transport since centre is 15 mins walking distance. And the price for the stay was very reasonable.

Bathroom smelled a little weird, but it didn't bother us that much. The pictures on booking.com are not that representative, but you get what you pay for.

The location is fantastic! It’s well connected to main avenues and public transportation routes. Also, it’s located within the leisure district, which allowed us to party and do pub-crawling without having to commute.

The apartment is not soundproof, so it can be a bit noisy in the evening.

We communicated with the host mainly through messaging app; the host was able to accommodate our early check-in request easily. The apartment was comfy and clean. We didn't had to use any of he extra facilities (i.e.: washing machine/oven/kitchen) but those looked ok. Is right in the city center, close to many of the city attractions and nightlife.

Not a fault of the host but, well, being that close to the center has its drawbacks, people get quite noisy in Budapest center and night life ends very very late. We were parting too so was not a problem but can imagine could be annoying for a family with children.

Room was great and quiet for few nights stay in a good location. Bed was very comfortable to sleep and AC was really good in hot days.

Pillow could have been a bit softer and it took some time to get warm water from the shower.

Room itself was comfy with all commodities you need. For that price very good deal

Check-in system app is very bad, code didn't arrive automatically, I had to call apartment for half an hour to get email with codes to door, so check before coming you have the email

Amazing value for money and great location. A spacious and comfortable private room with a clean bathroom and kitchenette. Easy check in and Check out. Would stay here again.

No oven (but there was a hob and microwave)

when I first entered the building and got onto the elevator I was skeptical, but after opening the door to my room I was delighted to see a spacious, comfortable, and very cozy room waiting for me. definitely recommend the xl apartment
