The location was great, lots of food options around and less than 30 min to Nashville downtown. Clean, had microwave and mini fridge, nice workout gym. Having a proper door to the bathroom.

Lighting in room was VERY dim. Pool was not very warm. Peeling paint in high humidity areas (our shower, the pool area). Shower stall door is awkward with the interior handle placement making it narrow. If you try to move the door with the handle to the other side water gets through the crack between the doors and all over the floor. Not enough hooks for used towels (only one!).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was clean and bright and the staff was exceptional. I had a problem caused by booking.com and the hotel did all they could to make it right. We received a discount for our room for the first night and breakfast for both days. The breakfast would otherwise have been available for a charge and it would have been worth it. It was delicious, plentiful and the staff was attentive and courteous. I used the pool both days and it was very clean and quiet. The room was also clean and had everything we needed. We didn't want to be in the heart of Nashville this trip and the location was excellent. Shopping, restaurants, and the highway were close by, making it very convenient for the quick, quiet getaway we needed. I was definitely stay there again!

We’ve stayed at 10 hotels in August, the majority of them Hilton hotels. This was the second one that didn’t offer a complimentary breakfast for all guests. Both mornings, we ate next door at Dunkin Donuts. Also, I used guest laundry to wash clothes the first night. The floor was filthy and the trash needed emptying. Please have someone clean it regularly.

When I first checked in the bathroom in my suite smelled like sewer. Also the bathroom outlet didn't work and the cable television would work. I got both the television and outlet fixed and just never said anything about the smell.

I was charged an additional $25 on my card for incidentals, which I was told would be refunded if I did not purchase anything, which I didn't. I was not informed of this before check-in and don't approve. I am now waiting for my credit.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were always very nice.

The hard floor in the room was pretty dirty. My kids' socks were turning gray, which I didn't love because one of them is still crawling, so it was affecting her hands too. It was clear they vacuum the floor well, but I think need to better mop the floor.

the rooms were clean, the hotel was clean, staff were soo freindly

our main reason for choosing this hotel was the jacuzzi tub in the room. we didnt realize until check out how to turn the tub on. would have been nice to have had instructions or a sign over the switch on the wall. we didnt get to enjoy to reason for that choice of hotel.

Need to book a room for return. Staff was very helpful, and got it done. There was a problem with that booking the same staff member who booked it contacted me, fixed the issue and everything went smoothly.

Beautiful room very relaxing and comfortable

Only little things some bath fixtures were loose, and cabinet door was missing screws, jacuzzi bath would not produce bubbles. That was one reason i booked that room in the 1st place...nevertheless it was a relaxing and wonderful stay.

Great location, modern decor.

It wasn't very clean, floors and walls had dirt and gouges. Elevators and moldings need a good scrubbing. Cleaning details should be addressed.. Breakfast was too expensive. Comforter on bed was dirty. Attention to details is lacking. They need a real computer in the lobby. Printer only prints in black and white.
