The hotel is a 15min grab ride to basically everywhere you'd want to visit so it's ideal. The room is spacious and quiet and has a great view of the city. And the staff is so welcoming and thoughtful. It's my second time staying here and I'll definitely come back. Highly recommend.

The hotel is brand new. The manager apologised in advance in case there was any teething problems, he need not have done so. Staff were amazing, kind and friendly. Room amazing, great room and amazing pool and gym.

Modern high rise with chic decor. Swimming pool on the 16th floor overlooking the city is small but refreshing; a wonderful place to chill. Pool bar served a great spicy gin & tonic, and the service was just so kind, professional and friendly all over the hotel. The room was modern and smartly designed, with luxury touches and great views of the city. Lovely shower with good water pressure (even on the 21st floor!). We didn’t experience eating in the hotel restaurants as we took a short tour of Chinatown nearby for food and drinks, and opted for room service breakfast. Room service breakfast was excellent! Both the eggs Benedict and the Thai breakfast were absolutely delicious and on the better end of hotel food I’ve had anywhere in the world. Loved having the option of breakfast in bed, and the execution didn’t disappoint. Also loved the hotel’s free tuktuk shuttle to the ferry port across from Iconsiam, a nice amenity for tourists. We did have a drink in Mimi’s, the Miami-themed roof bar, and while the drinks were a bit too sweet for us we loved the vibe and the fun atmosphere. The customer service was simply excellent everywhere we interacted with it.

The property was amazing with a very beautiful, cozy and modern design with fantastic facilities and superb, efficient and friendly staff. Close to the city center with two 7-eleven shops and mini food market across the road. The room was very clean, spacious and cozy. Perfect for resting after the busy day/night in Bangkok. The mini birthday cake and the birthday card for my boyfriend was a nice touch to our stay. The swimming pool with a resting area had fantastic view. Also, the hotel offered the roof top bar “Mimi’s” with fantastic staff and great music. The DJ had really good mix. Special thank you to Tong, Nok, Tae, Bell and Thip for making our evening very special. We had delicious cocktails and snacks. It was a really beautiful evening. All the staff did everything to accommodate our needs. Thank you so much for your great hospitality.

Too short stay. I wish we could stay longer.

The hotel is in general terms just world class. It is well designed, comfortable with a luxury yet intimate ambience. Staff is excellent, well trained and have personality and show. It makes you feel at home, taken care of and not awkward when they service you.

there was an issue with my payment method and then, but this must have been booking.com, received a message my reservation was going to be cancelled if I would not respond within x hours. Very uneasy and so unpersonal and stressfull when travelling on intercontinental flights. I mean, made the res weeks before and then they find out a day before arrival the card is on your wife´s name and that would not be allowed as a method. Being a genius 3 and having used booking for years. Contacted the hotel instead of the complicated booking.com customer service and they offered to sort out the payment at convenience upon arrival. Lovely service, just perfect.

Excellent experience overall! Room, pool, food, staff, beds, shower, AC, noise....and the list could go on! We did not want to leave the hotel for much of the time. Room service, and even bar services by the pool with plenty of clean towels at all times, crew drying the wet floor around to make it safe and nea a al times, it all was so nice to see and gave a nice feel. Also, tuktuk to shopping center was nice, fun and reliable.

Limited services in the neighboorhood. Nice hair dressers which we did use and were very happy with plus some 7Eleven walking distance for late and safe last minute deals. Distance to shops could be easily offset by the tuktuk service provided to nearby shopping malls (MBK for cheap goods plus another walk to Paragon for high end).

Everything was great! The room was spacious and light. The bed was so comfortable. The design of the hotel is very beautiful and modern. We are already planning our next stay at DusitD2🫶🏻
