Great breakfast selection ! Local and western options. Staff were very friendly Pool was lovely: changing room and showers were fine. Room was good Location is not in KLCC so it's quiet at night Not far from KLCC if you take grab Parking available Located next to Starbucks, mini Market and mall.

The fruit at breakfast seemed like it stayed out for too long, tasted a bit old. The safe in the room wasn't working at first but was fixed when we called the front desk. Room service is only available until 5pm- you cannot order later than that. The soap and shampoo were not very good. The room had broken parts in the bathroom shelf and in the room itself - needs to be fixed and better maintained. We booked a room with 2 single beds but they need to provide more manageable prices for family rooms.

The 2 connecting family rooms were quite big and spacious, and the whole hotel is reasonably clean too. Breakfast buffet was nice with a variety of food as well.

I don't really like the full wall-length mirror at the side of the whole bed. Separately because we were not aware or informed via the website prior our booking, we only get to know that the pool, gym and all their facilities were under renovation after we check-in, so it was quite a disappointment on this part.

1) I'm satisfied and happy with our stay.. 2) Hope to try their new Gym and Swimming Pool facility January 2025 onwards..

1) Hope the pillow can be a bit more hard or medium as the current one is too soft.. 2) Hope the restaurant dinner buffet or ala carte is open till 9.30/10pm as I understand the capacity rate is not that high due to the the kind of dead mall beside it.. 3) The same goes to the SPA timing to extend till 9pm instead of 6pm..

Breakfast was nice and rooms were large.

It was a little dirty. Urine on the toilet seat and stains. Blood on our bedding. Pool was not open due to refurb but was only told this on check in. I booked this hotel because it had a pool, do as you can imagine I had 3 upset children! We booked a family connecting room but was only given 1 key to one room. The lady at check in didn’t really know what she was doing.

The room was comfortable and clean, bed and pillows comfy and towels were nice to use. Check in check out process was quick. Can watch netflix/youtube on tv. Nice lobby.

There is a night club nearby so the noise can be heard through the window until 3am. It is not very loud, but its just there at the background.

Room is clean and special.

The breakfast very lousy, food finish at the tray didn’t filled up, guest finish their breakfast the plates all over the table didn’t clean up and put the new fork and spoon on table.

If I could stay there permanently I would. If I go to Malaysia again I may book Vivatel Hotel again, amazing service and the staff are kind and helpful. The food was amazing too, whether breakfast or you simply order. Every morning different types of cuisines.

I liked everything about the Hotel

breakfast has many several choices. which exceed than what we paid. reasonable price with good choices of breakfast. very nice and interior entire hotel. bed and washroom so comfortable and nice. i'm happy with price that I paid.

it is confusing to find parking for hotel. as other guests complaints, so am I, it is very confusing and sign for PARKING HOTEL too small. If I not read reviews from other guests before check in, i can imagine i will be very pissed off to find that parking. i think there has no fault if hotel make BIGGER SIGN

The whole set up. Convenient parking, efficient lifts system, good breakfast choice, and friendly staff especially the polite security staff at the parking area.

Dark bathroom tiles in addition to already dim lighting. Hard to tell whether the bathroom was properly cleaned or no.
