Staff was very friendly always saying hi and checking on us. Especially Steve at the front desk even above and beyond for everything we needed. Soon as we walked in, he made us feel welcome and like we were running an old friend. Wait to see us again. I don’t want to talk to Steve about not having enough room. He also thought to ask if we had enough towels. That was something I didn’t even think about he went above and beyond. Thank you Steve! Great breakfast impressed by the selection and everything had a great flavor.

One of the best overall hotels I have ever stayed. The staff was so friendly. The grounds, building and room were all very clean. It was well worth the the little extra money. The town was a jewel. Just a few miles from the Whistle Stop Cafe from the movie Fried Green Tomato’s.

We are repeat customers at Hampton Inn, in general. The chain offers consistency and dependability. Breakfast is fresh and better than most comparably priced hotels. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Staff members are available and trained for customer service.

Area around the hotel is a little sketchy with a neglected old duplex across the street. Price was a little high but we like Hampton amenities, so we go with it.

Everything was very good. However, what I will remember is breakfast. Miss Vickie is the best "breakfast host" we've met. She was extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating. Food was very good!

The shower was dirty. The shampoo and conditioner pumps were dripping on the floor of the shower. Corners in bathroom was very dirty.

There was no one available for sometime during check in at the front desk. Another staff member had to go and find the person to check us in . I feel this was very poor service because you know its check in time and why are you not at the desk for extended period of time. Not good

The address was wrong and it took us an extra 20 minutes to get to the property. There are two Frontage roads in Forsyth.

The atmosphere and attention to detail were superb. Rarely do I find a hotel which meets my expectations. The service and genuine nature of the staff are unreplicatable.

Nothing- Everything was great from the front desk, the managerial staff and support staff. I highly recommend Hilton to my friends and associates.

My breakfast was great and the staff was so nice.

My shower was not clean properly it was dried up hair in the shower. Other then that everything was nice
