Beautiful Hotel with exceptional Service, incredible breakfast and wonderful Spa. All the staff were very attentive, accomodating and friendly. Honorable mention: Rixo the chef from the breakfast buffet went beyond the ordinary to deliver the best possible experience for guests. He made sure that I received all my orders within the shortest possible time and to my full satisfaction. His culinary skills and social competence are outstanding. Honestly, this employee is a gem and deserves a pay rise. Hyatt Regency: Make sure to keep Rixo at all costs. It's employees like him who make a place really stand out. Room is properly sized and the bathroom is spacious. Comfortable bedding and windows can open, which is nice of you want to leave some fresh air into your room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good quality breakfast with more than sufficient sweet, savory and healthy options to choose from. The Italian restaurant on the top floor has amazing quality food and great staff. The hotel is within walking distances of parks. And withing a few minutes drive, e.g. using Yandex, there is a plethora of options for dining and bars.

Pool is indoor, unfortunately, and the air temperature inside the pool area is far too high for my liking. There are not a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance from the hotel.

The location is close to Amir Temur squre (5 min) and two metro stations (Abdul Kodiry and Amir Temur), great breakfast (all type of eggs, variety of breads, meat and cheese, pastry and fresh fruit), all ammenities expected for this type of hotel, check in was sped up for us, large room - cleaned every day. Great bar at 7th floor, skyline and Hotel Uzbekistan visible.

It is more of a business hotel, here and there in need of some freshening up - downstairs bar somewhat dated. At the pool you cannot serve any drinks - would be nice, especially having also a nice terrace.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about them! Breakfast was really tasty with tons of variety. The room was so clean and comfortable, the bed was just wonderful. Good wifi, and a good location to explore Tashkent. They even have ATMs on site, which is really helpful for getting cash out, as many places in Tashkent take cash only. I really enjoyed my stay!

There was a party in the ballroom one night with very loud music, I think it ended around 11:00 pm, so keep in mind the hotel has events and there may be some noise, depending on where your room is located.

Property is well-maintained, nice terrace in the standard room, excellent location, great amenities, staff is pleasant and trying to do everything for your comfort.

WiFi has interruptions every hour. Room service has entered the room with their key card, without waiting for me to open the door, which was a bit intrusive. TV channel selection could be better.

There was a reastouant on top , its a type of Italian reastautant but I didnt like .. it did not like the food however people who are working inside to restaurant are so kind

- dinner at the restaurant was overpriced while food was just ok

I was given a room with facilities for handicapped people, although I did not request one. It was quite inconvenient - not a single hook in the bathroom to hang a towel, no rack to place toiletries. I understand these are requirements for hadnicapped guests, but for me it was not great.

The ambience and decor was fantastic all across the hotel . The rooms were large and well equipped . Bathroom toiletries were good and towels were fantastic . The sheets on the bed were fantastic . The staff were warm and welcoming . Irada at the lobby level coffee shop was outstanding . The bar on the 7th floor was very good ! The pool was fantastic as well.

After staying 5 nights requested for a late checkout until 4.00 pm was turned down . I needed the room not to rest but to pack up after my shopping on the last day .
