Very near the centre. It’s a basic room but clean. Communication was very good. Every time I had a question, it was answered straight away. On the last day I was allowed to leave my backpack in the property and collect it at my convenient time. Breakfast is at a nearby bar. The coffee was excellent. With a wide selection of pastries. It felt like living the Catanese life

My only complain is the noise from traffic outside. Bring earplugs.

The room was basic but clean and had everything you need. There was a/c, small fridge and a balcony. The shower was big. Claudio was really nice and offered to take me to the airport for a competitive price. The breakfast is a nearby cafe was nice. The location is good, 2 mins walk to the castle and less than 10 mins walk to the main square with cathedral. The layout was a bit strange with having to climb the stairs to bathroom, however, it was shown on the photos so it wasn’t a problem for me.

There were some minor inconveniences but nothing major that would make me not want to stay there again. The biggest problem was that the room was facing the main road which was loud with cars passing all night. Therefore, I didn’t have a good sleep during my stay in this b&b. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but I would recommend either bringing ear plugs or for light sleepers maybe requesting a room that doesn’t face the main road (if there are such rooms available).

Claudio was the perfect host, he made sure that I'm comfortable and everything was in order. The place is super clean and comfortable! The lock is with electronic key and it made me feel super safe! The breakfast place is a short walk distance and they offer really nice stuff that got my full and ready for my next trip :)

My room was right beside the street so it was pretty loud at night and there was construction happening in the building which started at 7 in the morning, but these are not Claudio's fault of course! Thankfully I'm a heavy sleeper so I could force myself to sleep through it :) The toilet was missing the seat cause the previous guest broke it and Claudio hasn't got the time to replace it. He assured me that it's okay to just use the toilet bowl without the seat but I couldn't do it. This is the only reason I deducted a point, otherwise this B&B is a perfect 10!

The host is eager to ensure you have a good stay! He is very communicative via WhatsApp. He even offered to pick me up from the airport for cheaper than the local rate. My room and bathroom were very clean, and I had a comfortable stay. I liked that linens/towels were included and they provided water/snacks as well! There are many places to eat and grab drinks within walking distance, as well as a convenience store. The property is about 10min walking distance from the Basilica and many of the main sights.

The bar where breakfast is served is a bit of a walk from where you sleep. The property is also a little far from the central train station/bus terminal at Piazza Papa Giovanni. I generally felt safe in the area, but the staircase up to the BnB is very dark at night.

The apartment was very clean but most importantly the host was such a nice and helpful person. I’m very disoriented person and he helped me patiently with everything. The only thing you need to know is that if you don’t speak Italian you need to text him and he will translate what you are saying. Overall perfect apartment with perfect host!

There is no excuse.. for receptionist or who ever check me in.. not to speak english. Communication via WhatsApp google translate. Not excusable for people who work in tourism not to speak at least basic english.

The room was very spacious and the location is fantastic. You can see the historic castle from the balcony. The room was cleaned daily which was a big pleasant surprise. The owner is super nice and very helpful. For bonus points there is a laundry service and it is of exceptional quality.

Sometimes the street outside may get noisy, and wifi could be better but otherwise great place.

Maybe a street is a bit loud, therefore if you are not a deep sleeper you might have a problem. Otherwise everything was perfect

air condition, good accomodation, just a little walk to center, balcony, often cleaning, good price for this quality....

The property is near the historical sites so everything is walking distance. The host is also very accommodating even thought I cannot understand their dialect.

Sometimes the noice from the street is heard inside the room but it is bearable.
