Lift provide to go to upper level. Hot shower function well with the bed comfort level.

Telephone include but cannot call staff. We need more towel as my child is with me. No pantry station. We need to go outside to eat.

the location is close to lots of places of interest near bentong...most of them are walking distance...

cleanliness- I see that they changed their bedsheet for all checked out rooms.

Hairdryer is not equipped in the room, have to take from receptionist. Problem solving should improve- bathroom door locked from inside (as hit to the wall) but receptionist did not know what to do. Eventually, I managed to solve myself.

The location was very near to convenience stores. There was a cafe right next to it. Parking was nearby and ample space if not during holiday season

There was not a lot of furniture that could be used to store items. It would be great if they added a closet or cabinet dressing to store clothes
