I was impressed by the serene environment and natural setting.

There are two hot spring water pools available for guests, which initially sounded like a relaxing experience. However, both pools were unfortunately too hot to comfortably swim or soak in for more than a few minutes. It would greatly improve the guest experience if the resort could regulate the temperature better—perhaps by mixing in some cool water to make it more comfortable and enjoyable for all age groups.

The hot spring pool was well maintained. The shower was good with plenty of water.

The room we booked was for 4 person. There was only a chair for one person. The clothing rack could be a rail mounted on the wall at the entrance to the room. The clothing rack is better replaced by a small table and also the number of chairs should catered for the number of person the room could accommodate. The spacious restaurant was not serving lunch and dinner. We have to drive 12 km to the nearest restaurant in Bukit Tinggi or Bentong town. The access road is narrow and winding with many blind corners.

The outer appearance looks like flat. Doesn’t give that kind of resort look. Interior is good. Very satisfied. The hotspring pool is great. Will be back for the hotspring.

If the resort can have more indoor clubhouse activities, such as pool table, tennis, pickle ball etc, will be better. When I was there, it was raining, so cannot enjoy much of the hotspring pool. If can have indoor hot spring pool will be nice also.

Hot spring resort to soak and relax. Simple comfortable accommodation.

Food needs improvement since no where else to eat without driving. Even after all these years still no shade provided at the hot springs. When the sunshine the burn begins.

- spacious room - east accees and very clean hot spring pool - breakfast variety was good - quiete and peaceful - kids pool was very nice and clean

- number of electric socket in room - room key only provided one card. If gives 2 card better for access - road to resort was muddy due to construction ecrl. But nothing much can be done.

The only thing is that the road leading there is very dark at night and is in disrepair. It is recommended that the management report this problem to the authorities (JKR).

Overall I am satisfied, good staff, facilities and hotel rooms.

What needs to be improved is security at the pool. The hotel needs to monitor the games at the pool so that all room tenants feel safe... what happened to me was a hotel resident who brought a hard ball and played in a rough way, causing the ball to hit the visitors...

We love the pools. Hot pool is nice and can stay up to 11pm. Kids pool also very good. My kids enjoyed playing there. Mee goreng during breakfast is superb! So so good!

The pool area is quite dark, there are only motion sensor light. Since there's not many people during our stay, it's really quiet at the hotel. There's some staining on the bed sheets.

The smaller hotpring pool is just too hot. Breakfast is simple but satisfactory & halal. Dinner need to order before 7pm. Coffee at breakfast is not hot! Wifi connection very weak. Overall, satisfactory and will recommend to friends and family.

Overall very good for short stay with family member. The pools & hot water are so nice. The staff very helpful with the enquiries.
