1)Stay at level 8 with an amazing view in the morning. 2) Delicious breakfast starting from 7:00 am until 10:30 am. 3) Amazing staff that always smile and assist you when you need help 4) Room is spacious and clean. 5) The location is easy to understand with given sign 6) The bed and pillow are so soft 7) There’s an atm, restaurant and kiosk if you want to buy some food or any item. 8) Big space for car park, and each time you want to use your car remember to validate your touch n go at the reception to waive the parking ticket for free

1) The heater is not working. 2 days we had been showering with very cold water 2) No body wash and shampoo 3) Big space with kitchen but no microwave. 4) No iron clothes and iron board but upon request they will give to you but they will not give the iron board 5) Take times to call for room service 6) The aircond need major services as it always make sounds tick tick tick that is annoying. 7) Can hear next room alarm which makes the room not soundproof.

The property is clean and full set of toiletries were provided. The staff are helpful and friendly.

There are so many towers is complicated. Should indicate which Tower the guest staying, we went round and do not know which Tower we staying and do not know where to park the car. After getting information from the hotel staff we parked out car but still do not know how to get to the Tower we staying .

Quiet mountain top with no distractions.

The free car park is far away from the hotel rooms. Valet parking is available but very expensive - RM60.00 for the whole day.

- Apartment/Hotel location is perfect. No crowded - Eateries places around the location is OK. - Very cooling location as compare to other places i stay for the last many hotel and apartment. - 3 bedroom suite is spacious enough for 7pax - My family was at the reception at 12pm, it was too early for us to check In, a young malay lady allowed us to check with no extra charge.

ROOM 31102 - Upon check In, there is no kettel provided but sachet coffee, tea, creamer and sugar is there till i have to call reception to sent. - The next morning, again i have to call reception for make up room service because there is no label for me to hang out and the button for me to press "Do not disturb" or "make up room service" is spoiled.

Very cosy, feels like home, however slightly dark

No utensils at all. Should have provided at least garbage bags, dish washer etc not kitchen friendly at all for family. If all these are not provided at least indicate on the website. Not all the items we needed are available in the convenient store downstairs. Other apartments we rented before provided kitchen utensils etc couldn’t believe Ion Delemen’s kitchen is empty. Even the induction cooker is not working. The stench in the bathroom and bedrooms are quite bad too

Room was very clean and comfortable. They've provided toiletries including bodywash, shampoo, brush.. Value for money. Friendly staff. Spacious. bed was comfortable and clean. Nice environment.

Kids activities closed except the swimming pool and kids game machines. Indoor swimming pool 's roof was leaking. The parking access is far from accommodation. Need time to digest the signage 😅 late night construction works. No one answered the room service. doubt whether it's actually connected/working. We'd have to called the hotel customer service directly from our handphone. requested for trolley to pick our bags during the check out but it took hours. By the time, we had brought all of our bags down to lobby.

From car park to the room was like going through a maze. Not mindful people may get lost. Should have more F&B outlets. The Kembali restaurant offers not many choices for lunch or dinner, based on the menu. seeing there are many overseas people staying here, more choices promoting Malaysian food should be in the offer. - I am wondering why service cart are using the normal lifts, instead of their own service lift???

The reception staff was very friendly, and I had no trouble checking in as it was done in a split second. The room was in good condition and well taken care of. Other than that, there isn't much more to say, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and definitely plan to return for more.

There isn't much else to say, as the room exceeded our expectations, especially when compared to other places we've stayed at in Genting.

I like that the room was spacious for our family.

The shared bathroom was too small in my opinion and there were not enough toiletries for the whole family. We didn't know how to operate the appliance as well as there was no manual or anything. The breakfast buffet offered had little choices and was not commensurate to the price they were charging.

The check-in process was brilliant and super easy. The room was clean and neat, with great view. The staff at the front desk was very helpful to provide assistance when needed.

Nothing too bad. The parking was a maze, but guides and instructions provided are clear.
