We spent a couple of days here, everything was perfect. For breakfast it was a big variety of food, we had the chance to taste everything, they changed the empty/half empty dishes frequently. We also had the chance to see Zakopane in snow, the hotel was even more beautiful from the outside! We highly recommend, as it is near the center and also the bus and train stations.

The room was a bit cold for us, but the staff was so kind to lift up the temperature in our room, and we also got a heater.

Beautiful hotel in Tatra Mountain style hidden away from one of the main streets very close to train and bus stations easy walking distance to major attractions in Zakopane. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast in lovely folk designed room. It was a pleasure staying there.

One thing we would like to see in the shower is a little holder for soap/gel/shampoo.

Perfect location - very close to the main station. Super nice staff - especially the receptionist who gave us nice recommendations and who was always eager to help. The breakfast was very good & rich for such a small guesthouse.

Facilities are simple - and the walls/isolation are very thin. You can therefore relatively well hear what’s going on in the other rooms.

Very good price and quality. It was quiet and clean. There is not much stuff inside the room, but everyting that was required. Also, some things like ironing board, fridge, coffee, tea, etc. was in the common area. Staff was very polite and I was able to leave my luggage after check out for a few hours in the reception. Thank you!

Large bed was actually two beds next to each other and I should still sleep on one side, but it was still comfortable.

Walking distance to the center of town, close to train station, spa, and supermaket. Good restaurants nearby. Large parking lot. Kind staff.

I felt a little uneasy that the staff was not in the building at night. Noises were echoing, which could be a concern if there was a noisy group. This time it was fine.

The place was very easy to locate, short walk from the centre, kettle/coffee/sugar/tea bags provided, along with takeaway breakfast what we asked for as we leave early, it was clean, shower room lovely, staff friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay:) ❤️👌

The bed, it was comfy, and because we are a cuddling couple, we was able to snuggle up, but there is a wooden divider separating the two single mattresses, they put a cushion on top but if leant on it can be felt, I feel the room would benefit from one bed for comfort. There is no complaint here, plenty of room on one mattress for cuddling, we just laid the spare quilt and bed throw over it, so it could not be felt :) Thank you for a lovely stay :) ❤️

Very quiet and peaceful, with tasteful rooms and decor throughout. Breakfast was a beautiful spread, very nice! We wish we could have stayed longer. Staff were very helpful with any questions.

Check-in was a bit confusing for us, but details were ironed out with one phone call from Willa Bór Staff.

The administrator is simply amazing, thanks to her for the wonderful communication! We also liked the location, we found delicious places to eat nearby, near the swimming pool, and we can reach the center in 5-7 minutes through the park. Breakfast - for the choice - I liked that there were many types of cheeses, for children space to play in, the breakfast place itself is very, very nice.

Had to write down the time (given half an hour) when we would go for breakfast and it's a pity that there is only one option for warm food.

I recieved q very friendly welcome to this hotel. Comfy, modern & clean rooms. Beautiful gardens opening on to the park. Very short walk to the shops, train & buses. Breakfast was lovely. Enjoyed my stay & would recommend.

Everything was lovely.

Beautifully decorated building that was in a quiet area despite being only 5 minutes walk from the train station and bus depot. I was able to easily jump on a minibus to head out to all the hiking areas. Breakfast was great and room was very comfortable.

Room was a little warm but opening the window overnight helped.
