My bathroom was not completely clean-- there was some wear and tear that showed around in the bathroom and the shower bars/curtains - they looked like the old style. I tried to get a receipt at the counter at check out -- but I booked with Booking.com-- I could care less who I book with-- a customer should be able to get a receipt at the counter and change credit cards at the counter if that is what is needed. It turned out that was not needed but that is frustrating. I don't want to call some 800 number and wait on hold or have to re-directed for that purpose while I am standing there at the damn counter-- why would I want to go through the internet to do that?

The property and room was clean.Check-in was easy.Pet friendly environment($25 additional charge for pets); Overall everything was good….

The Pool; Extremely too much chlorine in pool; You can literally smell the chlorine in the hallway and on the elevator. I could tell that they do not have Pool Service Technician, and will allow anyone clean/service the pool.Which is extremely dangerous and unsafe.

Probably the easiest check in that I have ever had ! I only stayed overnight with my daughter due to being in town for the the Hozier concert & everything was clean & comfortable ! I wish we would have taken advantage of the free breakfast b/c it smelled great !

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were really clean. The location was very convenient. Over all a really good place to stay.

Everything was great, the only thing that they could possibly change is make the beds a little softer. They were just a little bit hard for us.

The entire staff was courteous and friendly! They accommodated our every need! The rooms and hotel were both very clean and smelled so fresh! Overall this was one of my best trips to MS!

The front desk woman was able to help me with my reservation that had been canceled inadvertently. She was sensitive to my needs and gave me comfort as I was dealing with a lot of emotions from having just lost my mom.

Beds were no comfortable, breakfast was not the best, poor selection and stale offerings.

Location for our trip. Price was ok. Front desk person was all business and not real personable.

Breakfast was sparse. I asked for ketchup as I like it on scrambled eggs and was told by the attendant they didn't have any - come on - a couple of packets of ketchup. I got the feeling the attendant didn't want to go to the back and look as she was sitting nearly all the time we we were there and seemed very busy on her phone. Our room was ok but carpeting worn and it could use some new pillows - they had an odor.

Good selection of breakfast foods. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Had some work to do. Would have really been nice to have a lamp on the desk provided.......
