Every single member of the team was lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately, there was only one luggage trolley, which had disappeared when we checked out. However, without us even asking, the receptionist and another staff member helped to bring luggage from 2nd floor to car. As we had done a lot of shopping, this involved several trips. The help was provided with a smile and no hint that this was an inconvenience to them at all. The whole experience was faultless.

Located in an absolutely charming, nature filled oasis in Herne, this hotel meets all the needs of a traveller who wants to explore the city and area. While basic, all needs are met, the room is spacious and clean, and the grounds are picturesque!

This is a no-frills property. There is no fridge/minibar, but there is drink service on property. Bring your own shampoo and toiletries, but a savvy traveler would have emergency extras like that in their travel kit.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Facilities are very clean and fully functional. Bed was extremely comfortable. Bath and shower in my room which is a nice add. The sweets left on the bed everyday was a nice touch.

Food was okay but not a great selection. Location was poor with nothing around but the bar/restaurant next door for the evenings. A car is a must. It was 30 degrees when I was there so AC would have been a plus!

The breakfast at the hotel is exceptional, offering delicious options to suit all tastes, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff is always very friendly and everything is well-organized. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Good location just off the motorway so ideal for stopover. Parking just outside with Tesla charger was useful. Nice biergarten next door overlooking the park. Room was large. No a/c but windows opened.

No equipment in kitchenette at all so impossible to use. Says fully equipped in listing so disappointed. Made it an expensive upgrade. Might as well have booked a cheaper room.

After a long day travelling, the hotel was a haven in a lovely location with plenty of parking spaces. Very helpful staff, a place to store the bike and a lovely, spacious room and shower room was just what we wanted.

The shower floor was slanted and quite slippery, so we thought a grab handle would have added some safety.. Tea/ coffee making facilities would have been good.

I have booked room with breakfast,but when we arrive the receptionist told us they don't have any information about breakfast and we have to pay for it.I think it is mistake or deliberate action of the Booking.com. We are really disappointed.

Location was perfect for our stay, being adjacent to a park provided a good opportunity to walk. The hotel was close enough to allow an easy walk to town centre

We enjoyed our stay in this charming hotel situated in a beautiful park. The room is spacious and clean. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return in a near future!
