Bridgette was awesome. I had early check in an I had an early flight so when I arrived I went straight to the hotel. Bridgette was gracious and made sure I had what I needed and I was able to get my room as requested. Thank you Bridgette.

I had a $25 hotel credit yet the staff was hesitant to give me my credit. I understand they may only do $20 on the regular but even when I showed my reservation I got a little pushback. I wish when you do get the credit they explain what and where you can use the credit just because it says hotel credit I would like a breakdown. I may be a little behind times but I would just like to know.

I had to be at the airport by 3:00am and this was the only hotel I could find with a shuttle that would transport me that early in the morning. I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant was exceptional. The salmon, wow! The bed was perfect. The bathroom was very clean. I would come again. The hotel was a short walk from the Routes car rental on Sullivan. So easy peasy. My luggage was on rollers, dropped off the car, and walked along the side walk to the hotel. Felt good after sitting for hours during my trip.

The shower faucet worked, but needs repair.

when you walk into the hotel, the smell was so nice! it was clean and just very nice

my room, 306, smelled like skunk. tolerable, but skunk. the only thing the window had was a sheer blind. it was so bright in my room. I could not sleep and finally at 2:30am with a flood light and several other lights shining in my room I decided to just get up. I told the staff on duty and was told they would tell the engineer????? Thanks! didn’t help my stay AT ALL

I had problem with one of the hotel person who checked me in on May 26,2024 I told her I had a reservation and she made me wait and then other people came in and she put them in a room had me sat in the lobby then she came over to me after finished with the people then came over where I was at and then said I got a room now that didn't make any sense.to me but the other staff was very good

Lovely reception area and comfortable rooms, a front desk officer named Uriah was really helpful and exceptionalin his service.

It will be nice to provide a vending machines for chargers for foreigners or make some available at the front desk. My patops and phones couldnt be charged because of the varying charging ports and hotel is a bit far from any stores.

Overal my experience was amazing THERE WAS A RECEPTIONIST ON MY DAY OF CHECK OUT HER NAME IS BRIDGETTE JOHNSON SHE BLESSED ME BEYOND MEASURE AND SHE DESERVES MORE THAN I COULD EVER GIVE HER!

My coffee maker in the room didn’t work I’m a big coffee in the morning person so that definitely killed the morning vibe

Everything was clean. It was quiet. It was nicely appointed. It was close to the airport for an early flight the next day.

I could not figure out how to make the blinds dark. Too much light from airport was coming into the room.

The staff was very polite and very professional. Made us feel comfortable. Shuttle drivers were very friendly and took care of us.

Nothing to do with your hotel, it is just too bad that there isn't a resturaunt within walking distance.

I spent one night and the best part was the gentleman at the front desk that was very professional and welcome while attending 3 guests and 2 calls all at the same time, amazing work skills.

Check in was fast and the property is well maintained. The location has a lot of food options close by

Having to pay for parking and the breakfast should be included. The toilet seat was clean but should be replaced when it starts peeling.
