very good location, 10 minute at most to main strip, 3 minutes walk to good private beaches, decent size pool overlooking the sea with plenty of sun lounges and hotel provided towels, very good wifi speed, freshly made breakfast with reasonable variety of hot and cold foods, family owner business with owners present on site, excellent aircon in the rooms

we were given a room for the first night that had poor design and leaking washing basin and a TV that didn't work and two tiny single beds, the owner gave us an upgrade into a doable room overlooking the sea that became available after the first night which was so much nice, thank you sir!

It's a nice little hotel close to, but far enough away from the bustle that is the centre of Saranda. We had a lovely view from the room we stayed in - and could watch life go by from our balcony. The pool is fine, too, for the occasional swim. The breakfast was alright (good fruits, nice borek) and things were clean.

The owner is working very hard to make things right for his guests, but some things were a bit chaotic (like the parking situation in high season). There was also a toss around with our booking, but in the end, we had a very lovely room. Some smells from the bathroom discharge.

I am a journalist from Antalya. I had a holiday alone with my daughter. I stayed at Hotel Vola for 4 nights. Family business, reliable and helpful. My first day in Saranda, I forgot my phone on the bus I took from Tirana and they contacted the bus driver and brought my phone back to me. I'm grateful for that. Huge thanks to Jorida, Titi, Engjellushe and Nexhip for excellent hosting. If I come again, I will stay at Hotel Vola again. I especially recommend this hotel to families with children.

It is a family run hotel, and the staff were very friendly and attentive to the needs of guests. The hotel has a fantastic view of the Saranda waterfront and is a quick 10-minute walk to the promenade and centre of the city. There are also numerous restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms have undergone a refurbishment and are quite modern in comparison to some of the older photos. Any issues we had during our stay were speedily sorted.

A bin would be a good idea for the main room, and not just the bathroom. Also, there was a smell from the drains after I had used the shower in my room. The WiFi was a bit hit or miss at times.

Spotless, clean, safe and well maintained hotel with a great view from most rooms, nearby Sarandë centre (10 min walk away). Perfect location for the ones looking for something more quiet but still close enough to all bars and restaurants. Beautiful infinity pool that was never too busy (and kept a good cool temperature in the heat). Tasty breakfast buffet. Owners are super kind, friendly and will do anything to make your stay perfect.

Room could improve with a bin and our room lacked somewhere to hang the beach towels.

Everything is great. This hotel is best. excellent hotel, clean, tidy, spacious rooms, magnificent view from the room. the staff is perfect, they went out of their way to meet our every request, starting with the guy at the reception, the lady who works in the kitchen and the owner. with pleasant conversation, all with a smile. Confortable beds excellent breakfast, carefully prepared, everything in order. all recommendations, we are definitely not changing you

The service is amazing, the guy at the reception helped us with all we needed when requested. The location is absolutely perfect. It is in the middle of the city. It is the hotspot. We could get out in the night with no worries. Definitely worth coming here. The pool is maintained well and the view from the hotel and the pool during sunset is wonderful. The shower is comfortable and the room is huge and clean. The breakfast was really good.

The parking was limited but we didn't face a problem.

We had an amazing stay here! The family was super friendly, the rooms were spacious, very clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was great! Coffee, tea, juice, fresh fruit (a lot of different fruits), bread, eggs, sausages, croissants (filled with vanilla pudding yummi!), cheese and so much more. We had a big terrace with a view to the sea. Location is great to the beach, City and there are shops and restaurants nearby.

Might get a little loud due to traffic and music.

Clean and in a good spot to walk into Sarande. Nice to have the pool.

Pool area was slippy when wet. Although we had a very small sea view it wasn’t at the front so I’d suggest requesting a front facing room if that’s important. Lot of screaming kids continually jumping into the pool. Breakfast didn’t have much variety but was good. It was expensive but we were there at the height of summer.

Very clean and tidy. Breakfast plentiful. Nothing too much trouble for the staff who were very polite and helpful. The property was in an excellent position with bars and restaurants in walking distance. It had a lovely view looking out to sea.All in all a very enjoyable holiday.

If there was a negative, it would be that the rooms were short on wardrobe/cupboard space.
