The breakfast was great! My students had plenty of options to choose from. Loved the chocolate chips for the waffles. The place was clean and the staff was super helpful! The business center's printer was giving me a hard time so I asked the front desk if they could print it for me. The front desk helped me out and printed the paperwork that I needed.

The business center's computer was slow and the printer didn't work. It's an older computer and needs an update to a newer build. Technology is a hard thing to get right. I did end up getting help from the staff to print the papers I needed so this was only a small issue that didn't affect my stay.

Location, ease of check-in, and friendliness of staff were definitely highlights. All questions asked to front desk staff were promptly and respectfully answered. Even when there were issues, they were rectified promptly.

Not applicable to our stay, but it looked like there were no elevators to transport people/luggage to second floor rooms. The outer layer of the chair in our room was peeling away, but otherwise looked clean. There was also an odd smell in the first floor corridor that was absent from the rooms, but was still enough to give minor headaches.

Room was nice and smelled really nice! We really enjoyed breakfast and the staff is very friendly. Security was great too! The location is convenient to many freeways! The price was reasonable for the accommodations and I will stay here again while in San Marcos.

The pool is a little dated and doesn't offer much shade. Also doesn't open until 11am which is a little late for those who like a morning swim.

The location was proximal to everything we wanted to do. It was clean. Breakfast was great every morning. The pool was nice with 11pm curfew, Which was great for our family. Everyone working was nice and helpful. Overall it was a great stay and wonderful time.

When we first arrived the air-conditioning was off and the room smelled stale or musty. That went away after the air-conditioning was on. The bed was extremely firm for me. Everything was really clean and kept nice though. Cleanliness is the most important thing for me. So we did rest well. The kids had no complaints.

One staff member was so unhelpful (probably out of racism) she refused to ask NOISY guests to keep it down. Lied to me about everything (worked second shift from about 3pm) Others like “Johnny” or Mrs. Nguyen were very nice.

The breakfast could have been a little better

Immediately when we walked in through the front doors we were greeted by such a kind woman. She asked how our drive was and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all to not be shy to call the front desk

The bed was comfortable. Parking is adequate. Staff was attentive and friendly.
