I didn't have breakfast. The location was pleasant. On the first night I arrived late and couldn't get into the guesthouse, but your staff help was fantastic. Great that you have a fruit seller and a supermarket nearby.

Room was a little cool. There was the faint hum of a fan in the wall by the shower running all night; this may have been to extract from the shower in the room below me as nothing I did stopped it, but it wasn't an issue on the second night.

It is spacious.

Check in isn't straight forward - you have to pick it up from reception at different hotel hearby; so check out. I even didn't realise we can't leave key before 9am when we had to rush to catch our plane. There wasn't kettle or anything - which for us, tea drinkers, was upsetting: there is no many places around at that outskirts-Amsterdam place open at evening to get a cuppa .

(300m) <<<< I was lucky to have the room at the very top of the building so I could do an air flow through the room as it was so hot during my stay But then the woman in charge of the cleaning even got me a fan which made my stay even more awesome from then on Sheets are changed on demand if you’re staying several days And towels are changed everyday

I don’t know for the other room but I didn’t get a microwave (even if I made really well without)

Location is great ; quiet outside sitting very good and perfect location

The place is quiet, yet with a few shops not far.

Asking for € 50 cash deposit without giving out a written receipt is disrespectul, also because I paid by credit card. Very limited English was spoken.

The hotel was Close to bus stop and 15 min walk to train which was Very Close, Very good location Lidl 5 mins away. Very easy way of Checking in and out :) Staff very friendly and helpful! Balcony was a huge plus for the room.

The stairs were very steep but it seems to be a thing in Netherlands :D.

I was late for check-in. But, staff were very kind. Thank you so much. The room is quiet and can sleep well. Also the room is convenient with all the necessary items and comfortable. I recommend this accommodation.

Everything was amazing the room and the view from the balcony was awesome

Although everything was working fine, but there was a problem with the heating system, I think I don't know if this was on purpose or if there was a malfunction despite talking to them about this several times

I had an absolutely delightful stay! The location couldn't have been better, the host was exceptionally gracious and hospitable, the accommodations were of high quality, and the terrace was simply exquisite.

Very clean and pretty room, especially the balcony with the view of Lidl. I honestly loved my experience there and would definitely book again. Very safe family friendly area.

The trains aren’t very regular so that taxi into town was quite expensive.
