The hotel is situated in a very quiet part of Bratislava but close enough for the city center. You have a tram station at 10 minutes walk and from there you make maximum 20 min to the old city. The room is big enough with refrigerator and kitchenette. The breakfast was exactly what you need for an exploring day. You can park on street and you can easily pay with an app. Free in weekend. The hotel has also his own parking but extra cost. You also have a shopping center at 10 minutes walk from property. Check-in and check-out easy to do without staff.

The room has no AC. In a hot day that will be a real problem. The guy from the reception was real cold. Efficient to make our check in but enable to give us minimum information like if street parking is free or not on weekends. Also, on the hall to our room we don't have lights (or it was broken) so we have to use the phone's flashlights in order to open the door.

It is a decent hotel with modern amenities. The room was beyond basics, with a nice view (at least at my floor). Breakfast was good. Next day I delayed almost half an hour to check out but "it was ok". Good, even very good value for money ratio. Thanks

I arrived earlier than reception deadline (up to 23:30 at booking.com IF I remember well) but the door was closed and there was no ... reception there! However, there was a "responding" ring bell at the entrance and the lady kindly opened and guided me through the self-check in machine. It finally worked but it is a bit "cold welcome" after a tiring drive. Also, there is a small parking place behind the hotel and there are chances not to find a parking slot there. At least I could easily find outside, at the street.

Conveniently located close to the NTC arena, which is the reason for booking. The hotel has on site parking which is chargeable 10eur. Otherwise you will struggle to park due to the residential area. Check-in was simple and quick, the receptionist pleasant. The room was equipped with a kitchenette, coffee machine too. Twin bed room as per the request. Self adjustable heating. Water pressure was ok. The breakfast was unexpectedly nice. Good choice of foods, hot and cold

The decor is a bit dated and the room felt a bit tired.

Excellent breakfast, great coffee, tasty and varied food! The rooms were nice, but one of them did not have air conditioning and it was not pleasant due to the heat (we had to sleep with an open window, which did not have a mosquito net... so it was not ideal). The second room (located on the last floor) was excellent though, with a nice view and great air conditioning too!

Lack of air conditioning (in one of the rooms) and the fact that they did not use the access barrier at the entry in the private parking lot, which made the parking reservation irrelevant, as the hotel did not manage well the availability of the parking spaces and other people occupied our spot. Hopefully they will start managing this aspect better in the future.

We are satisfied with the hotel, good value for money. Everything was clean, the room was not very big, but was equipped like a small apartment (kettle, sink, fridge...). We enjoyed coffee in the room, and also the breakfast (included in the price), which was rich and varied. The hotel is a bit away from the center, but we would come again.

The location is right between the city center and the airport, which might be convenient. The room is quote nice, it has a fridge, kettle, tea/coffee. The self-checkin was easy, and the breakfast was quite good as well. Not a huge choice, but good enough quality. There is also a shopping center nearby.

We were at the last floor, and there are big windows facing the sky. So it might be difficult if you want to sleep until late.

Breakfast was very good, with a lot of food to choose from. The staff was very helpful, Jan and Alina and Valentina, and especially the person from the check-in, I am sorry I forgot his name, who helped us to register the car number for the free parking spots. The hotel is very clean, has good service and is very well connected by street car to city center. And no problem with public transportation tickets as you can buy them by card from the machine in the vehicle.

At breakfast the water melon was not eatable (was not fresh). There was very low water pressure at the shower.

The rooms were spacious and had a little kitchen area with tea cooker and dishes (without oven or stove), which was really nice to have in a hotel room. The staff was really nice and friendly. We had breakfast included, which was really promising. The staff was refilling the buffet constantly, which shows the good service skills. The hotel is located 15 min ride by tram to the city centre, which was very good.

Self checking in was easy. Management was responsive by messaging. Location was excellent with parking, nearby shopping center and public transportation. Breakfast selection was ample, staff was very efficient in the fully occupied breakfast room. Be aware of the one way street near the building, we saw two wrongly parked cars booted!

The layout of the room, shoe horn, goodies, arrival was seamless and simple, and the room was very comfortable and nicely designed. Breakfast was decent, a cute buffet, not much to speak of for vegan/vegetarian options, machine coffee and juice from concentrate.

The blinds in the room were broken, some windows didn't have blinds, but the view is nice and the morning light is soft. The one thing that disappointed was the very low water pressure.
