The location to the airport is excellent and it gave us quick access for an early morning flight. Room provided what we needed although would have been nice to open more windows.

The kitchen was fairly basic with no oven for cooking (unlike a lot of guesthouses we had stayed at) but we managed with the hob (just had to change our dinner plans). Car parking was difficult, with so many vehicles around the guesthouse, it was difficult finding a space initially,

Really good value for money. Great breakfast and common area. Shared toilet kept very clean. Friendly staff. Lots of sockets in room. I wasn't expecting to but at night we could see the current eruption light up the skyline from a safe distance of the hotel car park. Excellent airport shuttle service.

No access to kettle when kitchen closes (11PM?). I didn't ask but it would have been nice to have.

This is a short distance to the airport, and for those who are not driving themselves, there is a shuttle service for an additional fee. There are shared bathrooms, and they are very clean, with small towels for one-time use. There is a sink in every room, so there is no need to go to the bathroom for water or to brush your teeth.

- room was a good size - kitchen/common area was great, kitchen well stocked and kept very clean - easy check in/out - no issue using shared bathrooms as they're not split between too many people

- windows really need to have some sort of privacy screen as you can easily see into the rooms from the car park, and all rooms are at ground level - parking not easy as there's hundreds of cars around the building. Needs a dedicated area for hotel guests

In this chaos, we chose it again, not for the first time, due to the fact that it is very convenient from the airport, + good clean rooms, a comfortable guest room with a kitchen, a large TV with YouTube. Also, there is often free food that you can take, left by previous residents. Very easy to book and the room code is sent right away, everything is very clear and you can come anytime. I recommend😉

It was a little cool in the common room where the kitchen is

Location was great. Close to the airport and the town of Keflavik. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, and bed was comfortable.

If your room is on the entrance side of the hotel you'll hear noise from people coming and going. Thankfully the hotel wasn't too busy so the noise was minimal. I wish they had given me a too. With a view of the Atlantic Ocean. My view was the parking lot.

We needed a place to stay for 1 night ahead of our return flight to London, so it worked for us... shared bathroom, shared kitchen, decent and cleaned, just outside Keflavik and close to airport if you're driving like us... I would stay again for a night... for the money it was best option also the property have a story as being a decommissioned police centre and they kept a jail room... as a fact...

it is just not my type, for what we needed it done the job... it is the transit stay if I would I can express that way... everything it is basic... there is nothing around, like shops or petrol station.... ( if you drive it is easy )

Very close to the airport, perfect for that first or last day stay. Beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were big and well equipped. The kitchen had everything you can ever want in a guesthouse kitchen. Even a large smart tv.

The bathrooms were far from the room, and the corridor was really cold. There was at least one jail cell in the building, which was empty, but still gave us the creeps. Walls are very thin. Our 1.5 year old son had a nightmare and woke up in the middle of the night, and the very helpful and lovely quests in the room next to us thought that they can calm him down immediately by banging on the wall. That was just what the TWENTY MONTH OLD child needed, thanks.

Loved that we had a sink in our room. The shared bathrooms were clean and spacious, the kitchen was big and had all the things we needed for meals. Location was very convenient and the price was excellent.

Not very scenic location, showers did not get hot enough

Great value for money, close to airport with lots of parking, clean and well stocked shared kit hen. Room exceeded expectations for the price. Good bathroom (we have 4 person with ensuite).

Airport hotel so other guests up very early and don't try to be quiet! Not the hotels fault.
