Very central, clean, coffee machine with good prices, huge locker

The staff were pressuring to clean the dorm even before the checkout time, which is at 10am. Didn’t appreciate that

I felt it was kept clean and was quiet despite being near a busy part of the city.

The staff was miserable. I asked for recommendations for restaurants and i was told to just google it. She eventually did give me a post it note with 3 restaurants on - though one was closed permanently.

No kitchen, not even a table to eat something. I had to go to balcony to have a chair and table to eat in december..

Great capsule hostel in the heart of Zürich. Very comfortable beds, good locker which you open with your key card, big enough to hold a trolley (Hand luggage size) and a backpack. Staff is friendly, there is a vending machine with snacks and beverages on the entrance. Feels quite safe. The location is excellent, good connected to Zürich, park and a lake nearby. Good value for money in this incredible expensive city. Bathroom was quite clean. Beds were very comfortable and you have a socket inside your capsule and a small area to keep your valuables close to you. I´ve been to several capsule hostels in Japan and this is just as good.

It was my first capsule hostel experience. Although I don't like closed spaces, it didn't feel catastrophic. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were also tidy and hygienic. Although there was only a curtain for privacy, it felt safe and I didn't have any problems with noise. I was worried about the socket, but there were both Swiss and European sockets. The reception was polite. The location was very close to the center.

The price was a bit expensive (but that's the case for the whole country 🤷‍♀️) I would have preferred to keep the suitcases close to my bed instead of keeping them in a closet outside the rooms. I think it's a hassle every time I want to buy something.

The hotel was clean, the cabins were always clean waiting for the next residents. There were a few chairs next to the cabins and in the lobby, as well as on the balcony. A vending machine and a coffee machine are located in the lobby. If you plan to visit Zürich for a few days it could be a good option, because the location is 10/10, however if its raining and you have to spend time in the hotel, your only option is to lay/sit in the capsule, or in the lobby.

Unfortunately, it did not have any kitchen or any tables etc., so I would not recommend it for spending quality time outside of sleeping.

I love the location. In a quiet area yet very central and near to a tram stop. I booked the single capsule with disability access so its more spacious as compared to the other single capsule which i really love. Its like having your own room and i can even bring my luggage inside the capsule. The facilities were clean. There’s a free hot water at the coffee machine. Towels were provided but can run out pretty fast.

The normal single capsule (without the disability access) is too cramped and can get stuffy. There’s no room for us to place our luggage in the room so we have to put it in the locker near the reception area. And there’s also a lack of common space. So stay here only if you gonna be out and about around town for the whole day and only go back to hotel to sleep and shower.

Great location for short stays. The price in Zurich are totally crazy and this structure will allow you to survive to the city! We were there with a friend for a couple of day and we cannot ask for a better accomodation. It's an hostel, with shared bathrooms: the showers were perfect, towel and hair dryer available, all was really clean and functional. Great the availability of automated lockers for every bed. Wonderful position too, near the Stadelhofen train station to reach the airport, the lake it's just 3 minutes walk. Near you will find also Migros supermarket to have breakfasto or dinner to their restaurant. For our need was simply perfect.

As you can imagine, everything of your stay will depend on the education of the people you will meet in the sleeping room. We were lucky, perfect sleeping, thanks to ear plugs.

In the bathroom there wasn’t enough towels and a proper place to keep or hang your clothes while you were taking a shower . At the reception is just one girl , but only from 2pm to 10pm so you have to wait until that hour to ask for help , to do the check in , you can’t enter the property to leave your luggage until the check in cause the reception is “closed”, which is a really inconvenience when you have an schedule to follow , have a doubt or need help before the business hours.

This is a hostel, so keep in mind you're paying for the basics. That said, I really enjoyed my stay here. The bed nooks did the job and had plenty of storage space for your things, plus a locker for your larger items, which was great. The bunks aren’t for the faint of heart though—especially the top bunk, which requires a ladder to climb up. After a long week of snowboarding, getting in and out of the capsules was a bit rough, but it’s manageable. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place with everything you need—bed, shower, restroom, and storage—this is a solid choice.

The hostel doesn't have much of a common area, aside from the lobby, so if you're looking to hang out and socialize, it’s a bit limited. One other thing to note: the showers are on a very short timer, shutting off every minute or so, which can be a bit frustrating.
