The beach area is nice and it has a bar close by. Seafood restaurante was good.

It is Hard to speak English with the staff. Public toilets by the pool aren't clean. Regarding what you will be expecting to find the Hotel is mainly occupied by Eastern European tourists. There was not a friendly vibe in the air, on the buffet and bars we found hilarious how people behave , there is no respect for queues, we found very rude and loud people, you can be loud and friendly, but this is definitely not the case. Of course this last part is not related with the hotel but would definitely have made me choose different accomodation if I knew it for the beghining.

Overall the place was amazing and astonishing. It had several bars, restaurants and pools. It's a nice place for families. The service was amazing and respectful. But if you're a young adult like us, this place might not be the best option as it lacks young adults facilities and activities.

Everything was good. It was at the beach front. I like all the facilities there. I like the theatre shows and the disco night party there. Bakery and sweets were awesome. I like the dessert a lot there.

I don’t like the live concerts. It was boring. Buffet time was short. Food should be hot all the time. Food was good but after one hour it wasn’t even warm. They should consider that the food should be warm all the time.

Food was very good. Hotel is very big. Swimming pool and everything was so clean. Value for money

Our stay at Kremlin Palace Hotel was far beyond expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth, enjoyable, and truly memorable. A special thanks to Fatima from guest support she was extremely professional, kind, and always made sure we were comfortable. The team regularly checked in with us to see if we needed anything, which made a big difference. We dined at the Indian restaurant the food was absolutely amazing! The Turkish restaurant was also very good. There were fantastic events for both kids and adults, and the drinks were delicious. Every detail, from service to entertainment, was handled with care. I highly recommend this hotel for families and anyone looking to relax and enjoy their vacation with excellent service and hospitality.

This was our second time at the hotel, and once again everything went perfectly. Thank you to the whole team for the warm welcome and great care throughout our stay — we had a wonderful holiday. Our child had everything he needed to have fun and enjoy himself. Special mention to the à la carte Italian restaurant — absolutely delicious! 🤭

Just a small note: the gym is quite small, and it’s best to avoid arriving at the very end of meal times, as you might find less variety and it can be hard to find a table.

I loved every moment of our stay at Kremlin palace. The staff. The pools. The beach. The variety of food and drinks. The entertainment and the entertainment crew are all awesome. Guest services checked in on us daily to ensure we were having a great time and had what we needed. Ours even pre booked us into a restaurant which was lucky as we didn’t know they were booked by guests in advance.
