New hotel 3km from Sitia quiet but isolated...therefore a vehicle is necessary. Sufficient facilities advertised in place. Powerful a/c. Good wifi. Free Parking. All in all real value for money

Water dripping from the a/c engine unconfined on the balcony made the floor wet and slippery. The hotel should really do something about it!

Very spacious room with sea view, calm and very close to the city and all beaches. A very good option for long staying in Siteia.

The room was quite big for a 4-member family and super clean

Breakfast must be enriched, it is quite plain. The pool must be better cleaned

The place is super quiet in front of the sea, there are some super nice beaches nearby or 20 min away. The owner is very kind and he cares about every detail (there is a hose in the balcony to clean your stuff after the beach). The swimming pool is lovely and the rooms very clean, comfortable and big. In sum, I highly recommend this place.

The pool is great, really clean and plenty of room. The WiFi has really improved which is helpful. Cleanliness of rooms and linen is superb. Additional shampoo and hand soap is a nice new touch. Really well maintained. Great value.

Great receptionist, the apartment was spacious, clean and cozy.

The bathroom door couldn’t close properly and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

Great value - large room with sea view, everything worked. Nice pool. Quiet and convenient for access to Vai beach, Sitia and more. Having a car is recommended. We had one and it was perfect for us. Dog-friendly!!! This was the deciding point for us.

Screens would have been nice. They would have allowed us to keep the French doors open at night.
