Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make our experience special. We had requested a room on the second floor, and they kindly accommodated our request — the view was beautiful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and cozy, and overall, the service was excellent.

The only small things we noticed were that slippers were missing in the room — the floor felt quite cold, especially after a shower — and the breakfast menu was the same every day. It would be great to see a bit more variety, maybe with some greens or vegetables added. Other than that, everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back again!

The hotel is beautifully located right by the sea, and every room has a stunning ocean view. We stayed on the top floor, and the view was simply breathtaking. Long walks along the beach and the unforgettable sunsets made our stay truly special. The rooms are spotless, exactly as shown in the pictures, and perfectly match the hotel’s category. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. I even forgot our passports and nearly missed our flight, but the team immediately sent someone with them — thanks to their swift help, we just managed to catch our flight. That is service at its very best! The hotel is also a perfect starting point for excursions. The surrounding nature is absolutely spectacular and makes every trip worthwhile. This hotel goes above and beyond, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. A big thank you once again to the wonderful staff for their outstanding support!

We had the most wonderful and relaxing getaway here. Both of our rooms were amazing, with a view that was simply breathtaking. It was a perfect escape, with the gentle sounds of the ocean from the nearby beach creating a peaceful atmosphere. We ended up loving it so much we requested to stay an additional two extra nights. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating. They arranged a new suite for us and had it ready so we could move our things directly, which was such a thoughtful and convenient touch. Every morning, we enjoyed the wonderful breakfast, and we were so impressed by how kind and friendly the staff were, even when things got busy. It’s the little things that make a difference, and we really appreciated details like having real glass coffee cups. A truly special place that we hope to visit again soon!

We had the most wonderful and relaxing getaway at Tin Wis Mackenzie beach ...A truly special place with a team that makes you feel genuinely welcome. To be fully balanced, there were two small things that could make the experience perfect. First, the lovely glass coffee mugs in the room were unfortunately too large to fit under the coffee maker. Second, the room rate was at the very top end of our budget. We recognize everything is expensive right now, but the premium price set an expectation that even the smallest details would be seamless. These minor issues did not detract from our overall wonderful experience, and we would still recommend it. We offer this feedback simply to help a great hotel become even better. We can't wait to come back! Thank you

Very spacious and comfortable room looking out on the beach. Spirally clean and well appointed.

We had a great time, but on the day of departure, after a short walk on the beach before checking out, we came back to find the door to our room open. This was despite the notice saying‘Privacy please’ left out. Some personal belongings, including passports and a high value camera were visible from the open door. Thankfully, nothing was missing and the incident was reported to reception on check out where an apology was received.

Such a breathtaking view from the rooms, we had 3rd floor and first and both rooms are facing beach shore. It is simply amazing that you can see this beauty from your room and hear the waves if only open the sliding door!!! It worth staying at this hotel because of the view and nice beach + territory. Breakfasts included were a huge plus as well. Personal did their best to bring more food once something was gone, thank you for your hard work. It was always clean and beautiful at the restaurant. It was enough of few things to choose from to have a nice delicious breakfast! Customer service was excellent and very helpful, thank you for that! I would stay at this hotel again for sure!

Our family really needed a bigger fridge instead of small one, we had some food to cook but freezer wasn’t there. So that would be a nice thing to have. But luckily receptionists helped us to store our frozen food in the fridge for a common use.

Family holiday large double bed room. Great little kitchenette - large fridge was v useful. Location on beach was stunning! Breakfasts great. Restaurant food of a high standard including takeaway option to enjoy on the patio overlooking the pacific! We loved this place and felt lucky to have found it!!

A warmer welcome by the reception team would have been lovely. I think we arrived at the end of the day and everyone was a little jaded nevertheless, the team could have exuded some warmth and a little interest 😀

Our family of 6 had a fabulous stay here! Room was generous in size and easily fit our 6 family members. It was clean, comfortable and the view from both our balconies was amazing!! Staff were always friendly & helpful. Breakfast was very much enjoyed by us all, especially the kids - lots of options for them! We would definitely stay here again & would highly recommend it to others! Thankyou for a wonderful stay in Tofino, we wish it was for longer!

Fantastic setting Lovely food in the restaurant and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

The lady on reception. Parker was lovely but the other woman on reception when we arrived and when we left should not be dealing with customers. Her attitude stank. She was very rude and unapproachable. Vile woman. The cleaners. The room was not tended to properly. We had to go looking for toilet paper, tea and coffee on the second day. The bed was not made properly so much so we had to completely strip it and make it ourselves because the cleaner had only pulled the top covers up and left the fitted sheet all screwed up. You don’t expect to make your own bed in a hotel.

Amazing room, breakfast, and room is stocked with tea and coffee and an nespresso maker with 5 different options (I didn't even get that level of room goodies at the Fairmount for $570 a night).

A complimentary drink even non alcoholic on arrival would go a long way, especially when its almost expected to eat at the hotel restaurant with having few options around. Would be stellar if you could use the hot tub outside of the 10am - 10pm hours and unavailable at 3-4 for daily cleaning.

Pretty much everything, every room has an ocean view, you can sit on your balcony to watch sunsets and sunrise. Rooms were lovely, beds were very comfy, breakfast was good. I used to enjoy grabbing a free coffee in the morning and go for a beach walk, what a lovely way to start the day The staff were lovely, they really made us feel welcome.

It was just a lovely place to stay, there is nothing to dislike. Some did complain that the breakfast felt a little like a school meal time, you have to clean up after yourself. Personally, this wasn't problem.
