Location, location, location! Perfect for exploring Chinatown and surrounds. Hop on, hop off bus stopped at the front door. Food glorious food everywhere!

The hotel location was excellent for our plans. Hawker stalls, restaurants and small shops right in front of the hotel. Easy access for Grab rideshare pick up and drop off. Centrally located from all tourist sites. The wrap around balcony was an added bonus as we had a view of the Petronas towers and the Merdeka 118 tower. The hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We stayed in the family suite which sleeps 6 comfortably. It had two large double beds in the main room and two single beds in the secondary sleeping area. They refreshed our coffee, tea and single serve bottled water daily.

Hotel is conveniently located, close to the city center and close to the MRT, Petaling street. The staff at the reception were very helpful and courteous. We got good tips from them about the local travel. The hotel held on to our baggage in their storage for 3 days when we were away to Langkawi. They also boked us a large van taxi to the airport (we had many bags), very early in the morning for a very reasonable price.

Breakfast lacked variety as it was almost the same every day. Instructions were missing in the room how to contact the reception using the phone in the room.

very strategic place near so many eateries and near Petaling street. the staffs are very warm and friendly as well and they let us check in early for one room as it was available at that time. parking also was easy and just Rm5 for a whole day below the hotel.

one of our rooms (Room 705) had problems with the hot shower, no hot water coming out at all and the same room also had problem with the access card, had to go down a few times to get the card checked.

Smooth check in. Clean big room with good air-conditioning and shower. We get rooms closed to each others as requested. Staff at reception were helpful and friendly especially Nick. Restaurants, cafes and eateries are just opposite the hotel and shopping is few steps away. Public transport is 200m away. it is within walking distance to Central market, Merdeka Sq, Jamek Mosque and River of Life. Daily breakfast comes with 2 types of cereals, milk, a fruit item, a noodle dish, a soup, chicken sausages, pototoes wedges (not so suitable for breakfast), fried eggs, both white and whole meal breads, butter, peanut butter and jam with tea and coffee.

None. Will be good if hotel can provide both hard boiled and fried eggs instead of fried eggs only. Am giving rating of 9 as there is always room for improvements.

Excellent location. It was quite yet central to the main town.

Our second stay at the Five elements, Rooms were clean, Friendly staff, good bufett breakfast. The best area to stay in KL right in front of the China town market, food stalls and restaurants, no shortage of food. Not to far from a lot of the attractions.

Staff were all very polite and helpfull. Although the hotels location was very good unfortunately I chose to stay there on the Chinese new year therefore, I was still awake at four in the morning with fireworks and crackers exploding. I am now going to Penang for a few weeks but I will be returning to The Five Elements Hotel for a further four nights because, I liked the hotel and the staff. Also the fireworks will have stopped by then.

Nothing, on previous trips to KLM I have tended to find hotels in and around the Bintang Rd area of KLM however, in future I will defiantly be returning to The Five Elements Hotel.

The location is very close to ton of resturants and main China Town market. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and polite.

We were disappointed with the breakfast options. The variety was very limited, and the same items were served for four days in a row. Additionally, the nearby clubs played loud music until 2 AM, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Reasonably quiet - my room seemed to have an adjoining room that was locked off but could hear the people in it talking as if they were in my room. Nice room, comfortable bed, great views from the 14th floor.

Breakfast was a bit poor. Not really much effort made. Some processed meats, rice and noodles etc. Had it once and then then ignored it.
