The room itself was fantastic! We got the top floor able to sleep 4 and the views are absolutely stunning out of the very uniquely shaped windows and roof. The rustic look and authentic touches made the room one of a kind.

Check in was a chore. We had to hunt down someone who could help. However, it was a unique experience checking in at a restaurant kitchen

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the decor as it felt like a chalet in the mountains. Very clean room and beautiful views. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning.

They didn’t tell us you couldn’t drink the water and it was very expensive to buy bottled water at the hotel. We only found this out when dining at the resturant. Also we could easily hear the people in the room that was above us. (Not the rooms next door).

Hard to get information about the area, The discount you get for the spa is for the on next to the hotel The better spa is further down, better to go there

cosy rooms and the buffet breakfast, especially the self-made orange juice. the hotel is in the city center which makes it ideal base to start of any activity (hiking, thermal baths.. etc..)

The property itself was so lovely!! The staff was also amazing and we loved the restaurant! The breakfast was fabulous and we were all very comfortable. Each room is unique and it was perfect for a family stay. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a fan in the room to circulate air or (I’m showing my non-European self here) air conditioning. Other than that it was perfect!

Right in the centre of town, walking distance to everything. Great buffet breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice machine to use. Restaurant/ pizzeria downstairs. Tastefully renovated whilst paying homage to building's age. Great view of the Alps.

As it's a retrofitted older building, there is no lift. There is no barfridge

Beautiful hotel with nice staff. Very clean. Leukerbad is a cute town with a lot of nearby hiking but social life ends at 9 pm. Everything closes.

The steps on the stairs are not all the same size because it is an old building and one doorway is low. Once you get use to it, these are okay.

Very nice room and brilliant breakfast. The restaurant was lovely for dinner too.

Very unclear where the parking is but they did show us, and there is a steep walk up to it. A card in the room with information about breakfast and local spas would be good as we weren’t given the information at checkin and couldn’t find any staff to ask.

Such a cute hotel in an amazing location, downtown just a couple of steps away from restaurants and shops. The hotel has been remodeled and it has such cute touches. We loved staying here.

The hotel is in the centre of Leukerbad. You can move on foot around the area. The staff was polite . The room was clean and comfortable. The pizzeria and the breakfast were tasty and fresh. Keep up the good work
