Almost everything! It is walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, bike rentals and so much more! The owner and staff are so incredible kind and ready to do whatever you need. We seriously sleep the most peaceful for motel beds! The pool is always refreshing. There are showers for after the beach, grills to cook on, lots of seating and lounge chairs, each room has its own table and chairs outside. Just a great experience!

Minuscule things.. There are some corners in the rooms that need to be touched up/cleaned/redone, this year we had a broken dresser drawer, the parking is tough for larger vehicles, and the grills may need to be replaced.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Aztec. The staff was genuinely glad to have us and beyond pleasant. The room was very clean as well as the pool and patio furniture. The parking lot even tho small was very well maintained. The refrigerator in our kitchenette kept things nice and cold so that was very helpful. I sincerely thanked the nice man working the desk and told him how much we enjoyed our stay. I actually got emotional over leaving our stay there was so nice. It was my first vacation with my 2 teen girls in a long time and it was great. Close to everything, especially the beach. Quiet part of town and great Mexican restaurant nearby. We will definitely be back and will be staying at the Aztec!

Could use a couple outlets near the mirror for getting around in the morning. But we made do! The rest was so great that was an easy thing to overlook.

This was a stay for 2 of us senior citizens. The office opened at 9:00 AM and closes around 6 PM, so if you are a late riser and wanted to partake in the coffee in the office, this would work for you. Chitnu was very professional, kind, helpful, and had great advice. We arrived with a big SUV and he knew a great parking spot for us as we had 2 bicycles that we kept on the rear of the car. We loved the little room. It had a very spacious refrigerator, a small table with 2 chairs, comfortable beds and thick pillows and was placed in a quiet room location for us to stay for the 4 nights. He made sure what was agreed on would be in the room. All 4 nights were very pleasant, and we were close to our other couple's motel that we spend time with. We loved our stay, the location and the room.

There could be some pool noodles taped to the back side headboard area of the 2nd inside bed as that one would slide back and hit the wall when you were getting in or out of the bed. Or perhaps lock the wheels to keep it from rolling. We were afraid the people on the other side may hear a bang on their wall as that bed glided around very easily. Bathrooms are a little snug, and rooms are smaller and cozy, but the positives far outweighed the cons. We would love to be able to leave a message for a call back to book direct through the motel as well. Pricing was a little higher than what we've paid in similar hotels, but it was still fair considering the climate of what others were charging.

Nice Motel room was not big but with a good amount of drawers to organize the clothes of a family of 4, clean and beds are comfortable. Very clean room and bathroom. The pool is not big but it's a nice place to spend the day with family and is clean. Nice location 2 blocks from the boardwalk but far from the center of the boardwalk.

So conveniently located and great value for money. Chintu at the front desk is absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Listen, it’s not new or flash or full of luxuries, but it is clean, well kept, has lots of regular returning visitors and is very reasonably priced.

It’s dated, but in a way that’s also part of its charm. It could be 2024, it could be 1974, you know? The only thing I really missed was some sort of counter by the bathroom sink for toiletries.

Room was cute and great location--close to beach (3 min walk--u can see the beach from motel. Very clean, bright room, and well maintained with nice chairs outside room to sit in, nice pool and area to sit, cute beachy type furniture. Staff was nice. Average size room, nicely decorated, nice bathroom, 5 min from boardwalk.

Hope they fix their ice machine as we needed ice when we left for small cooler, not many tv channels. But otherwise great and would stay again. nice place close to beach and very clean.

The staff was super friendly! The room was very inexpensive. the room was very clean and spacious. There were cameras and it was very secure.

It was a little loud with guests above us. you can hear the people above moving chairs. We were on the first level. The guests were super loud late at night. It’s not the hotels fault. The lobby was closed.

Great location for us ,Clean . They also were very accommodating ,we had two bikes, they left us lock up on the area by the office with camera on them ,also had truck with bike rack and made sure had a larger spot to park in .n

Could have a broom somewhere so we could sweep up sand we bought in 🤔

I really like the kitchenette and wasn't expecting to have that in our room. I would have come a little more prepared to use it had I known. I liked the location - one block from the beach is a great location!

We were unable to turn the overhead light off to let just the ceiling fan on. I didn't like the way the shower curtain blew into me while showering, maybe a different, heavier curtain would prevent that. The sink to brush your teeth was very small. There is probably room to put a small vanity sink to give more room to sit things on the sink.
